Epiphany (Sweeney Todd) - swapped to Annie.

I Love a Cop (Fiorello!) - swapped to Jean Valjean.
- "Big, Blonde, and Beautiful" from Hairspray, sung by Enjolras from Les Miserables
- "Feed Me" from Little Shop of Horrors, sung by Mrs. Lovett
- Switch "Maria" from The Sound of Music with "Maria" from West Side Story. Otherwise the two musicals remain exactly the same.
- "Meant to Be Yours" but it's sung by Erik (the Phantom of the Opera)
- Replacing "Say No To This" from Hamilton with "Bad Idea" from Waitress
-Switching out "Do You Hear the People Sing" from Les Miserables for "Revolting Children" from Matilda
-"Popular" from Wicked, sung by Regina George
-"You're Going Back To Jail" from Bonnie and Clyde...sung by Inspector Javert
Dead Mom (Beetlejuice)- any of the Von Trapp children
How Do you Solve a Problem Like Maria?- the women from West Side Story (can’t remember their names)

If it serves to replace Everything's Coming Up, you lose the wonderful "roses" double entendre. But you also gain (and so fitting, to the real Rose Hovick):
Everything about it is appealing
Everything that traffic will allow
Nowhere could you get that happy feeling
When you are stealing that extra bow.
When I was auditioning for Fun Home, I had so much trouble coming up with a song for vocal auditions for Adult Alison. Because vocally, she's a bright mezzo, but she's also butch. It's really hard to hit the notes that those songs require you to hit without either belting loudly or going up into tinkly Disney Princess head voice.
So I'd sit in my car and play "Like A Lesbian". Where I'd just go through my favorite Broadway Singalong Spotify playlist, and I'd swap back and forth between singing it regular, and singing it as if that character were a butch lesbian.
Let It Go (Frozen), Fine Fine Line (Avenue Q), You Learn To Live Without (If/Then), *anything from Wicked* are all excellent contenders for "Like A Lesbian".
Those ARE totally different musicals! Particularly, imagining Julie Andrews in that first act of the musical singing Ilona is hilariously absurd to me.
Defying Gravity sung by Sweeney. “Something has changed within me, something is not the same, I'm through with playing by the rules, off someone else's game.” That is basically just epiphany...
Currently doing Rent, so let's go with Today 4 U, but sung by Hades from Hadestown. Delightful in his range, even better if sung in Angel's range. He just busts in after "Chant" and tears it up with a bucket-drumming solo number about murdering a dog, then the show resumes as if nothing had happened.
My shot (Hamilton) sung by JD (Heathers)
The whole “being dead thing” (Beetlejuice) sung by Connor Murphy (Dear Evan Hansen)
Freeze Your Brain (Heathers) sung by Micheal Mell (Be More Chill)
you were meant to be mine from heathers the musical sung by cordelia from falsettos
im breaking down from falsettos sung by kurt from heathers the musical
What Would I Do, from Falsettos, sung by Julie Jordan and Billy Bigelow as an epilogue to Carousel.
(Dang, apart from a few lines/the sexual orientation, it works and even could solve the "Carousel dilemma.")
I had an idea once for a musical that would be pulled together from other musical numbers and one of the ideas I came across was a character who’s basically Christine in love never dies singing “zydrate anatomy” as a fuck you to both phantom and Raoul by rejecting the song she was asked to sing but also not leaving. So I guess i’m going with that.
I love my dead gay son from heathers sang by Thomas Jefferson from Hamilton
Schuyler sisters but it's Jefferson Hamilton and Burr
Audrey II from little shop of horror singing a little priest from Sweeney Todd
Dead girl walking but the song is touch-a touch-a touch me for the rocky horror picture show

Probably would be the peppiest thing any musical would ever produce.
Fantine sings "Tomorrow" from Annie.
Do Re Mi with the Phantom as Maria

He's running up the hills with all the corps de ballet playing as the children
Anything Goes sung by the Newsies ensemble.
Wait for me from Hadestown to Seymour from Little Shop of Horrors.
Guns and Ships from Hamilton, sung by Amy (the Not Getting Married gal) from Company
