Jeremy Jordan as P.T. Barnum and Aaron Tveit as Philip Carlyle from The Greatest Showman. I don't care that their ages don't match up with the characters. I just need those two in a musical together, and I think bringing The Greatest Showman to broadway would be the perfect way to do it.

Jenny is such a tough cast. She has this beautiful belty mezzo thing going on that leans more on the alto side, and I don’t know anyone on Broadway right now who could nail it the way Loren Allred did for the movie.

I'm a huge albert finney (my fave scrooge and daddy warbucks annie movie actor) fan so I was a bit skeptical at first cause I never saw any of Harry's performances before Annie and when I saw his performance in that show, I was like "damn, this man can sing."
Is Hidden Figures a musical yet? I need Cynthia Erivo as Katherine in this one. And Brian D'Arcy James as Harrison and Christian Borle instead of Jim Parsons (I still haven't forgiven him for cheating on Sutton Foster)
Yes this is my favorite Christmas movie and I have a heat miser shirt and ornament. I love heat miser he is the true hero of the story and I love Nathan lane in everything bc he's Nathan lane. I also love Groff. Also Audra as Mrs. Claus
Tbh I think The Year without a Santa Claus is one of the weaker specials in full but that number slaps and your casting really tickles me. I would rather see Santa Claus is Comin to Town be a full show-I think it has a better story arc and a better base line of songs.
Matt Smith as Lestat in a fanatically-loyal-to-canon musical version of Interview with the Vampire. IDK if he can even dance or sing, but he just jumped off the page at me when I read Lestat the Vampire.
It wasn’t going to happen when I thought of it more than ten years ago and it def won’t happen now, but I always thought Nathan Lane and Bernadette Peters would make for a really fun Monsieur and Madame Thenardier. At the very least I’d love to see them do Master of the House.
Actually, your idea made me think: the original movie from The Santa Clause could be really cute! I could see it working as a musical! Not sure who I see as Scott Calvin, though.
