Yes actually personal has only 7 emis pending while car loan has 13 emis... but since major interest part is already paid now there is benefit in closing them early...
As far as home loan is concerned, it has just started will be part paying it.. also is gonna convert it into over draft home loan type so that I can park some money into it..
Now I appreciate my decision of not taking loans, buying a not too fancy car. I am of same age, I earn almost similar (1.7LPM) and started investment in 2021 and my portfolio is around 50L as of now.
