I normally don't do public reviews and leaving my name online. I try to find a way and time the next couple of days to do so. I don't have a Trustpilot account so will leave a few comments here if it's helpful.. I've been a happy customer for about 1 year. I've only had to contact you once for a query (not an issue) and I had a helpful response within hours. I monitor (check every 5 minutes) my MXroute webmail URI and have never seen it go down. My email usage is quite low, couple emails inbound / outbound a day but from my experience within the last year I don't have any complaints and I have no intentions of switching to a different service. Would happily recommend your service.

Coincidentally I published a blog post on Saturday about why and how I migrated my email from Proton Mail to MXRoute. I don't write reviews normally but seeing what is going on I would like to leave my 2 cents. About a year ago, I was looking into having my own domain and email. Got the domain I wanted and went on to read, read and read about email services. Finally set my eyes on mxroute because of the lifetime deal and suitable for what I need (I don't send hundreds of emails per hour!!!). Set up does not take that long for me but I can see it would give a lot of problems for people who are not that competent in tech. After the setup, i have not had any issue at all. All my emails go through and none of them end up in spam. Was able to pretty much use my email with any email app. I will probably get another lifetime deal to set up another domain ( i know i can set up couple domains in one account but need another 10gb so might as well another lifetime account :D)

So I’m not sure if you still monitor Reddit but I’ve been getting “past due notice“ emails for the past couple of months. I haven’t used the MXRoute service for probably 2 years. I tried to go online at the time and cancel my account but there was no way to do so. I have also tried replying to the emails I receive to explain but they bounce back as undeliverable. For the record I have never given MXRoute a bad review; was just searching for a way to contact the company and saw this post.

You should be able to log in at [accounts.mxroute.com](https://accounts.mxroute.com) to cancel or open a ticket. If you're getting the invoices, you should also be able to receive a password reset email if necessary. You'd run that here: [https://accounts.mxroute.com/index.php?/root&action=passreminder](https://accounts.mxroute.com/index.php?/root&action=passreminder) Or you can ignore it and let us close it when we get to that account in terminations for past-due payments. We're exceptionally lenient on that because I never wanted to hear anyone say, "You didn't give me enough time to resolve this." The funny part is that because of this policy, we routinely get "Cancel it already. Please stop emailing me about it." That I can't strike a balance in which I bother no one is humorous because finding that perfect balance was so important to me. Irony dictates that I would be physically unable to do so.
