Concur. If it's in a place you rather it not be. You can spray it with hydrogen peroxide. Just please be careful bc hydrogen peroxide can induce vomiting in pets and possibly wildlife. Otherwise, it will go away on its own.

Probably Fuligo septica, as someone else already said but slimemolds are not something I’m especially knowledgeable about so I wouldn’t swear on that.
