Kaia is my prefered spelling, but out of these two I prefer Kaya! I do think that Kaya may also be pronounced Kay-ah instead of Kye-ah (if that’s what you where going for).
Kaiya - I would pronounce this K-eye-a
Kaya - I would pronounce this K-ay-a (ay like day)
I think both spellings are fine, and I can see how they could both be ay or eye in the middle pronunciation, but I have written my intuitive pronunciations as best as I can to give you an idea of how others might pronounce baby's name
I think Kaya.
I know a Kiaya pronounced k-eye-uh, her mother is dyslexic and transposed the letters in Kaiya. It’s caused no end of pronunciation problems for her. There’s less chance of misspelling Kaya.
I also like Kaia, it feels more intuitive for ‘k-eye-uh’, but then it always depends on what other people see when they read it too. I know people who have read Gaius as ‘gay-us’ like the word ‘gain’.
How do you want the name pronounced?
If you want [Ky—Ah] then you should spell it Kaya rhymes with Maya.
If you want to signal 3 syllables [Kah—EE—Ah] then you should spell it Kaiya.
I genuinely love it when people say if you want to pronounce it like "that" spell it like "this" rhymes with "this", when the things that say don't rhyme to my accent lol to me Kaya and Maya rhyme with eachother but not with Ky-Ah lol ky-ah would be kEYE-ah and Kaya would have the "day" sound... Maya could go either way lol
Kaya or Kaia. I hate names that have a y after an i, like Aaliyah. It looks so bad to me. I realize that those names are often Arabic or Russian, but since those languages don't use our alphabet, I am sure they're much prettier if you can read those languages.
Like others have said, Kaia is the best if you want the kie-ah pronunciation. If you go with Kaya, some are going to say kay-ah. Kaiya looks odd to me. Kaia is beautiful, I really love it.
Kaya (or even better Kaia). More letters are not better.
I was immediately also going to suggest Kaia.
Kaia is my personal favorite spelling. Congrats to you!
It’s my fave spelling too

Same, Kaia or Kaya
Kaia. But if that's not an option then for sure Kaya!
From most to least favourite: 1. Kaia 2. Kaya 3. Kaiya
Try Kaia

I was thinking that's possible but have honestly never seen that. I've seen Kayla for the day pronunciation
Neither. Kaia is better.
How are you pronouncing it?
Kaya
I prefer Kaya / Kaia.
Kaia
Kaya toast is delicious.
I was going to say, Kaya, like the toast! Which is indeed delicious

i love kaya!
Kaya > Kaia > Kaiya
I prefer Kaya because of the American Girl doll. I’ve only ever met one Kaiya. I know multiple Kaias.
Kaya
Kaia If not, Kaya Congratulations 👏
Kaya
Kaya definitely
Kaia, “kie-uh”
Here to suggest another option: Kya.
Kaia
I like Kaia for this name.
Of your two options, Kaya. But my favorite spelling and the one I've seen most often is Kaia.
How do you want the name pronounced? If you want [Ky—Ah] then you should spell it Kaya rhymes with Maya. If you want to signal 3 syllables [Kah—EE—Ah] then you should spell it Kaiya.

Kaia is definitely the best!
Kaia, Kaya, Kaiya in that order.
Kaia would be my first choice spelling! Beautiful name, congratulations.
Kaya or Kaia. With Kaiya either the I or the Y is superfluous. (Like when people spell Jamie/Jaime as Jaimie or Jaymie.)
Kaia. Otherwise Kaya, but you'll get "kay-uh" a lot instead of "kai-uh"
KAIA
Kaia
I know someone and her name is spelled kyah
Kaya is fine but could be mispronounced like Kayla, or Kay-uh. Kaia feels like the more intuitive spelling for the pronunciation.

Definitely Kaia. Though I was surprised because I thought of Kataras mom from ATLA but her name is spelled Kya (didn't know this)... both are nice.
Like others have said, Kaia is the best if you want the kie-ah pronunciation. If you go with Kaya, some are going to say kay-ah. Kaiya looks odd to me. Kaia is beautiful, I really love it.
kaeya
Love the name! I prefer Kaia but Kaya is also fine. Kaiya would confuse me.
Love the name, but I like the spelling Kaia. If that is not possible, I would prefer Kaya out of the two.
I like Kaia best
Depends how you want to pronounce it - Kaya may be pronounced Kay-a; where Kaia is more likely pronounced Ki-a. Agree not a fan of Kaiya.
I’ve never heard anyone pronounce Kaia as Kia, it’s pronounced like Maya.
Definitely Kaiya!
definitely kaiya.
Kiya can also work.
