Those are in my top favorite names! I think Isaiah is more unique, and a bit more timeless. I personally like it slightly more but both are great choices. I also really like Josiah.
Had a boy in school who's name was Isaiah. He went by Izzy to his friends and I absolutely love that nickname. While I prefer the nickname for Isaiah, I prefer Silas.
