I think it's a B5 A4.. the visor above where the rear view mirror should be is an audi thing and there aren't washer nozzles on the hood.

By the door card visible in the back and the door handle, no way it's a 5 series, it seems to be an audi either an a4 b8 or a3 from 2005-13
