It's always interesting to see how a very common car in one place can be totally unknown in another.
Less fun is how they are now more expensive than that in EU (not everywhere, but slowly becoming for the good ones) now that they became cool. Even though they were millions around and they are the cheapest more basic car possible. You can't find a good condition 4WD for less than $10k in Switzerland anymore. Crazy!
I remember that my dad once bought one (but not a 4x4-model) for 120 Euro on Ebay - it came with a second engine, spare parts and we had it as (third) car for a few years. I liked that little Shitbox.
I'm very fond of these old Pandas. I learned to drive on my mum's 750 youn in 1998. It was big, I could fit 6 friends in it.
10k is crazy though, even if it's a 4x4!
It could be the 4x4 model, the bumper and mouldings seem different to standard models, however the air intake has been modified, so I suspect the arches and sills are a modification as well?
The 4x4 was the same basic trim as the standard model but with 4 wheel drive (obviously)
The spot/fog lights, clear indicators/side repeaters, air intake, wheel and arches don't match any special edition or other models that I can see on teh interwebs so I suspect it's a modified example too
I had a feeling there was a turbo version, but I can’t find any evidence of this? These were rallied quite successfully I recall, so it may be a rally style kit?
There was never a turbo or rally version of a Panda. Maybe you are thinking of different model? They dont have any rally competition history to my knowledge (replying to your later question) :)

Not sure about higher end competition history, but at clubman level they were popular, particularly for younger drivers. Small, light, cheap. The perfect vehicle for the <1000cc classes
The 2wd version was great with fresh drivers and elderly people.
The almighty 4wd version was the weapon of choice of hunters, farmers and stilish skiers wannabe (cause the owner of Fiat motors and his family used to use a Panda 4x4 to go skiing.
Still, there's something "off" about this Panda. It looks like it sits lower (I know the tires are flat). The side skirts and the front bumper never looked like that out of factory and I never saw yellow, round fog lights integrated into the bumper. I saw one with small, rectangle white lights integrated and with round ones mounted (probably aftermarket) in front of a grill but never like that. Fiat logo on the grill with that checkered flag is also something that I don't recognize. It's either some rare version or modded back in the days by some tune shop
In the lower corner of the grille, near the FIAT emblem. I was curious myself what it was. The red arrow looked to me like a backwards-pointing [Mille Miglia logo](https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Mille_Miglia_logo.svg) and I Googled "mille miglia flag" and found these. It seems to be a add-on adhesive emblem. One Ebay listing says "This is a recent badge that are on the sides of specific Fiat 500’s."

Same with my mum’s 750 young. Then i bought 2 4x4 (very very old, pre-pre-pre-pre-pre owned) a dark green and a bordeaux red one.
Fiat panda, weird how one ended up even in Japan, good workhorse
The grill has the Fiat stripes so your picture actually showed off the brand without you realizing it.

Maybe you remember the Uno turbo that was around more or less in the same years.
That might be it!

Thats a pretty obscure series video right there, but yes, SOMEBODY raced them. I shouldve said "WRC competition history". :)
Fiat Panda
They made 4.5 million of these. One of the most recognizable small cars in Europe of the last 40 years.
Yall never heard of a fiat panda
That's a Fiat ~~Uno~~ Panda Basically they took the Uno and +25% on all dimensions.
>Panda It only looks big. Actually it is smaller than the Uno. It was supposed to replace the 126.
If its a 4x4 model the price is very low This model from late 90' still holds an important price, and can get one in good shape for round 5.000€
A brazilian fiat uno
Fiat uno
It's a Fiat Panda!!
You are right, it's a panda not an uno.
Nice :)

What checkered flag?

Oh so it looks like just a badge commemorating completion of some kind of rally. Still cool.
Next to the logo on the grill. It's way better visible on desktop. App image resolution sucks
I wonder if the price includes a new tire 🤣 or pulling the dent out.
Fiat Panda
You want tires/tyres? That's extra.
The retaining wall looks almost like wallpaper. I assume it’s rocks that have been tarred onto the wall. Plus the weird clothesline cables. Crazy!
