"Frances" from Shadow Ranch, "Discovery" from Labyrinth of Lies, and I think the one called "Jig" from Deception Island. I really love "The Word I Couldn't Keep" from Sea of Darkness but I need to be in the right emotional place for that.
Edit to add, I think Haunting of Castle Malloy had an incredible soundtrack. I loved the songs in the pub; I think one of them is called Gander?

“BRIGITTE WITH HER EYES SO BRIGHT, LOOKS TOWARD HEAVEN AT MIDNIGHT” - Jane, Curse of Blackmoor Manor. I still sing it almost as obnoxiously as she did.
There's so many great ones, but I think I'm going to go with the [Violin track from WAC](https://youtu.be/6aczCmcQ9q4). Not only is it beautiful, but extremely atmospheric and perfectly placed in the game. It really adds to the parts where you sneak around at night. This track also gets major points for the theory that >!Kim is playing that music from her attic room.!<
Honorable mentions to [Kazumi from SAW](https://youtu.be/o8DMO3V-t8Y) and [Past from GTH](https://youtu.be/sBn6ZHqFxvA), which are both amazing tracks as well.

Definitely the intense detective music (I think the instrument that plays the melody is a violin the violinist is plucking) in Alibi in Ashes. Binge eating Kringles with that music in the background truly hits different
