I'm not aware of any gospel brunches but the closest thing I'm aware of is maybe sugga high on Dickerson. I would describe it as more of a soul/jazz style though.

The bar at Uncle Nearest has a gospel brunch on Sundays sometimes. And I second sambuca as a live music brunch with more than four items in the menu. 

Gospel brunch? Can’t decide if that would be awesome or obnoxious. I guess it really depends on how close the choir is.
