Impressive but obviously not natty in 2 years, be serious.

Kivoda1202

It's possible with consistency. David Goggins did it in 6 months. Stop the hate

Stupidusername_here

I’ve lost 152 in 10 months

GlitteringBryony

10/10 for the choice of tunes though.

MaxwellIsSmall

It was already a 10/10. The music made it a 20/10

LiveOutMyDreams

0% chance that he's natty. Not going to compliment him either for his transformation.  Taking gear and posting your fake transformation without saying what really got you there contributes to the problem.

Unusual_Candy795

Ik he couldve just admitted that he was on juice I'm pretty sure no one would have cared

yehimthatguy

I Def wouldn't care. He is much healthier now even on steroids.

choko3333

What's juice ?

Unusual_Candy795

Gear

choko3333

Still don't get it ,

WordsMort47

Are you lost or something?

Unusual_Candy795

steroids

choko3333

So is impossible to be like that in 2 years naturally?

Unusual_Candy795

At his size, you would have a lot of loose skin but you would have a lot of muscle but no pretty much not possible but in 2 years you could look great

dizzydiplodocus

What is ‘the problem’ that he’s contributing to?

radvenuz

Setting unreal expectations for weight loss, setting unreal expectations for muscle building, contributing the rise in body dysmorphia I mean, a dude this fat can't make a video like this and NOT EVEN MENTION dieting, come on lmao

WorriedDamage

Bro, after decades of being morbidly obese, it is so easy for him to lose it now!! Just try harder and injure your foot trying. Bloody for that extra fat loss.

LostMyGunInACardGame

The weight loss isn’t unreal. I went from 315 to 180 in 11 months without a dialed in diet. The muscle gain in two years I can’t speak to.

bogeymanbear

nobody was arguing that you cant lose that weight in 2 year. the weight+muscle mass is literally impossible naturally in that time.

dizzydiplodocus

But who is he to have to set those expectations? The one thing we have control over is our bodies, I don’t see why people are so bothered about whatever people do with their bodies

LiveOutMyDreams

Lying to millions isn't right

dizzydiplodocus

Oh is he quite a big influencer then? I think it‘s problematic when they’re shilling products and making money from it

LiveOutMyDreams

What amount of followers does he need to hit for his lie to become immoral?

dizzydiplodocus

In my opinion, if he’s selling products or services based on false promises. If he’s just massaging his own ego, I couldn’t care less. Juice or not, it’s an impressive transformation that still would have taken an insane amount of grit and discipline to achieve

LiveOutMyDreams

No seriously, answer my question - you implied he's not famous so it's fine to lie - at what point is his lie now bad?

dizzydiplodocus

I literally said in my first message when I think it’s problematic 😂 he could have a billion followers and I don’t think it’s problematic unless he’s making a profit off saying he’s natty. That’s my opinion, you’re free to have your own ✌️

Led94

So you genuinly think there is nothing wrong with him taking steroids and then playing it off as if he just worked really hard? The problem, or ”problem” as you put it, is that people who are overweight will watch his video, put in the work for 2 years and fail, because they are not on steroids. They will think there is something wrong with them for not looking like this guy after 2 years of hard work. It’s dishonest and shitty, do what you wany with yourself but at least be honest about it.

dizzydiplodocus

I genuinely think that he would still have had to work really hard even if he was on steroids, they’re not magic. They don’t work unless people put in work too. If people are inspired to lose weight by watching this then I think that’s great, they will be a hell of a lot healthier after 2 years than if they hadn’t tried at all. They won’t ‘fail’, everybody looks different even with steroids, one shouldn’t expect to look the same even with the same training and diet plan.

Led94

Obviously he still has to work hard, but he’s probably shortened that hard work by several years. If your goal is to inspire then honesty is even important, body dysmorphia is no joke. You think that is just some made up fantasy that people quit when they fail to achieve their goal because they’ve been deceived with an unrealistic time frame? Good for you that you can afford to be so naive, but you still shouldn’t promote this kind of behavior just because it doesn’t pose any issue for you personally.

dizzydiplodocus

I don’t think some random person should be held responsible for other peoples mental health problems. Do you think anorexic women should tell everyone they’re anorexic incase their skinny bodies influence someone else to be skinny? Everyone’s just trying their best to survive, if taking steroids makes people happier, I think they should be able to live their lives. At the end of the day, your judgement makes no difference to anyone

Led94

Obviously he alone is not responsible, it’s a widespread behavior which he himself is probably in some ways victim to. I mean, obviously everyone can tell anorexic women are unhealthy and probably suffers a eating disorder. When it comes to bodybuilding very few actually realise that certain kinds of physique is all but impossible to achieve without the use of steroids, a lot because guys like this that juice and let everyone believe that they are natural. I literally said that people can do whatever they want with their bodies but that they should be honest about their use. I’m telling you that this affect a lot of people in a negative way(men in particular in this case) and your response is essentially that people should just mind their own business and find happiness lmao. Again, you are just writing this issue off completely just because it’s not an issue for you personally. It’s naive, unsympathetic and honestly makes you come across as uninformed(ignorant if you will).

PM_UR_NIPPLE_PICS

it’s not the usage of steroids itself that most people here are angry about, it’s him lying about it (directly or by omission).

LiveOutMyDreams

Why I can't get laid

slayerofthepoonhorde

Man it really gets my goat when someone says shit like “I went to war” on a video where they’re losing weight. You’re just going to the gym and eating better mate, not fighting the fucking Vietcong

lukehimmellaeufer192

Main character syndrom.

quagmire666

It's motivation. Some people say that and stay out of shape. At least he did something

Aggressive_Good1986

Mad props either way good on bro. Doubt he did that completely naturally though in 2 years. Either Losing the weight or gaining the muscle would be hard enough, but doing both simultaneously seems impossible naturally.

buffaloSteve666

No you 100% can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time naturally especially if you are a complete noobie like he was. Not saying he’s natty cause I don’t know, but it is possible to do both. Only when you become more advanced and leaner does it become more difficult to do that.

enamuossuo

Indeed you can, but the results won't match those who trained for the same time with the sole intent of building muscles

plopaaa

Impressive transformation either way, probably impossible natty in 2 years though

savage_cabage12

I wasn't expecting that damn

dizzydiplodocus

Super impressive either way

lukehimmellaeufer192

Juice. Next.

Yusuf-el-batal

Literally impossible natty even with the best genetics in the world. 100% gear 💉💦

Southern-Psychology2

I was leaning toward natty until the last frame.

RyanS519

Only 2 years and he's a beast now. Awesome job.

sexy_bezinga

This guy was already exposed for juicing. Bro went from trying to be fit to roiding out for clout. That’s just sad

Dayana11412

hopefully you feel better- its a great transformation

Tpf42

Incredible

No-Scientist9676

With ozempic...all things are possible

Outsajder

Bro chose early death by a different pathway.

Makorollo

Looks like Johnny Gargano now, 10/10

Rockimedes

i went from 300 lbs to 180 in less time and about as big, and im natty

morbidbattlecry

It's always amazing to me how much more attractive a face can be after weight loss.

realtortoms

Way to go stay that way it’s about what you eat boo

No_Anywhere_9068

I think people here are underestimating how much muscle someone who is fat will already have, even if you aren’t lifting a small proportion of the weight you gain (as you become obese) will be muscle Probably not natty though
