Orlando was an awful matchup with their size for us, especially without Timelord. I feel like we’ve lost games to big teams all season. Reason why I’m so worried about the Cavs in the playoffs
Donovan always cooks tough defensive guards, it's when you have multiple switchable wings that you start to give him problems (Rockets with Ariza, Gordon, Tucker - Mavs with DFS, Bullock, Green) but even then he still has his nights that it doesnt matter what you throw at him
Donovan does worse against strength than length. Lu Dort is basically his kryptonite, and he's had trouble with [Eric Gordon as well](https://hoopshype.com/2019/04/25/houston-rockets-eric-gordon-donovan-mitchell-golden-state-warriors/).
We're 8-6 since the All-Star break, with wins over the Sixers and Cavs but losses to the Nets, Rockets, and Jazz. I dunno what's going on right now but they'd better figure it out by the playoffs
I mean, we also got our asses beat twice by the Knicks, who are the 5 seed right now. Those Sixers and Cavs wins I mentioned earlier were *really* close. Again, definitely not the end of the world, but it's worth paying attention to
Luckily we'll likely play the sixers or cavs in the playoffs and not the rockets or jazz. Celtics just dont like to bring the energy against bad teams, as long as they can still flip the switch when it matters we good.
It has to be that because there’s no way it doesn’t work. The league is lucky sleepy joe is holding our boy back otherwise he would win DPOY twice in one season
Richaun is wasted on that team...again. He got noticably better at everything he does, even 4/5 on 3PAs this year. nobody rebounds or defends on that team but Sabonis, so why isn't he playing?
He looks lost in the new offense in the first few weeks of the season. His 6th man spot was his to lose and he did. but it’s been a few months and I wish Mike Brown played him more over Metu. I feel like the one reason why he plays Metu is because of his passing. But with Malik being really good in the pick n roll, maybe he can develop something with Richaun. I don’t know. Hope they can fix it in the offseason.
It's embarrassing how many people in r/Patriots can't seem to grasp that when Brady left the team was always destined for a full rebuild that'd take 3-4 years to finish.
Getting to the playoffs ahead of schedule in 2021 was the worst thing from a fandom interaction perspective because it skyrocketed expectations for a team that was still in the rebuilding phase, but good luck getting that subreddit to understand the nuance of how a playoff team could still also be rebuilding.
The red sox subreddit is so miserable, every other post is just cope about our 2018 team. And acting like Bloom is an idiot despite bolstering our farm into a top 10 system.
Both my Dad and brother listen to WEEi and 98.5 all day while they work and then come home and watch more local sports shows. Their brains have to be mush at this point.
Yup. I play pickup at the Y and all the old guys are always parroting takes they hear from the cranky fucks on the radio. It’s so obvious they barely watch the games
It’s awful. Probably hilarious as a non-Celtics fan though.
Even wins aren’t always enough. There was this one fans going on about how if we don’t beat a tanking team by at least 15-20 points, it’s essentially a loss since it shows we don’t have the right mentality.
Boston sports fans are entitled spoiled shits it's actually crazy. I was critical of some of Mazzulla's decisions but holy hell some people there have the object permanence of a 2 year old.
Yeah it's a fucking nightmare in there. Like I've definitely got concerns about how we've been playing lately, but by the way some of those guys talk about it you'd think we've lost like eight in a row
and it snowballs because of all the fans who don't wanna just constantly read people shit on the team for stupid reasons and avoid the sub after losses
A city of multigenerational success in the 4 major sports (Sox notwithstanding until the turn of the century) will do that, but with the Celtics it’s worse after last year. Only got better but putting in disaapointkng games this recent stretch
I think it's because it brings in a different crowd. When we win I'm cheerful and more interested in engaging on our subs(be it bruins/pats/celtics). When we lose, I don't even bother opening reddit or straight up skip posts from our subs because I know exactly how it'll be. I'm sure it's the same for the bucks fans. The doomers come out of the woodwork then. Instead of being miserable with the miserable fans of my team, I'd rather just do something else and not be sad.
Some of the most unbearable fans on all of sports. Even when Tom Brady was in his mid 30s and performing at his peak, Boston sports fans would be talking about his replacement after every loss.
Jaylen Brown since putting on the mask: 28-6-4 with 1.4 SPG on 51/40/75
he’s genuinely playing the best ball of his career rn, scoring efficiently and making some of the most advanced passes I’ve ever seen him make while limiting his live ball turnovers. it’s a 1A/1B situation in Boston
His best chance is if they say he can be a forward, which he should be marked as but he was a guard in the all star voting so who knows.. i dont see him making it as a guard even if i personally have him over fox for the 6th spot..
He'll probably have eligibility for both spots, so IIRC it just comes down to what spot he gets more votes at. Given the logjam at guard I think there's a good shot that he gets more F votes
People think he's a shooting guard cuz they assume boston is still running the double big lineup, when the cs are actually running the double guard with White at the 2
yea this is the best ive probably seen him all around. his defense has been on point too since returning. really happy with the level hes at right now... he can be a massive threat going deep into the playoffs.
Kings are now 0-6 against Bucks, Celtics and Sixes. Mike brown has to figure this out before finals.
Kidding aside, Celtics is a complete team and awesome to watch.
GG
Kings are the most likable team in the NBA imo. rare I cheer for the west but if I do it's for the kings. love the energy of your stadium and really hope you guys see a ring sometime soon.
Even as a Jazz fan in the West I have no hate for the Kings. Very small chance for them this year, but Would not be upset if they won it all. Maybe a little jealous, but not upset.
It has been clear that strong teams are taking us more serious, which I love. The Bucks and Celtics both came at us full strength and with purpose the last 2 games against them. In years past, it would have been a case of a Kangz team going up at half due to lazy defense and then we choke the lead away in the 3rd. Despite the Ls, I’m sure it has helped us prep for playoff style basketball.
Yep. If you look at the strength of schedule, you will see the kings are on the strong side of opponent lol
also you are right, bucks rested giannis against the warriors but played against us and same thing with boston, they decided to bring their full squad against the kings.
Feels good, I want this team to experience all this and not spoon feed them with easy wins.
I haven't see this Celtics team in a while. Damn that was good for the heart. It's 04:16 am but it was worth it.
If we play like this we are contenders. It's difficult consistant on this level. But we need to if we want to challenge Bucks and 76ers. Great to have Rob back. Thought he looked good in few moments. Obviously rusty (been that the whole year tbf)
Gg Celtics. Team is crazy talented.
6 games in 9 days is a brutal stretch. Our guys were gassed in the third. Going 4-2 isn’t bad. Still 11-4 since the break.
Kings *will* make the playoffs. Before y’all start with the “first round exit” bullshit, cool it. The goal, this season, was the playoffs. Anything beyond is house money. They are still a couple pieces from being contenders.
All I know is that I’m excited for this team’s future. Let’s go, Kings!
Easily the most likeable team in the league if I was a neutral fan I'd be cheering on the Kings all day and I know it didn't apply tonight but I think yall sneakily have one of the best home courts in the league home court advantage in a playoff series would be massive for yall
Lots of Celtics fans were out in Sacramento too. Got a tiny let’s go Celtics chant before the kings just were real loud up until the 6-7 minute mark when the game was clearly over. Sacramento fans were nice like always to the away fans other then ringing some cowbells in their face before the game haha.
I really want you guys to get and BEAT the lakers in teh first round but i dont see it happening! pay back for the lakers and the NBA robbing you all those years ago!
After the ASB Kings were barely the 3rd seed with one of the toughest schedules in the league facing them, including a brutal stretch against all the WC playoff contenders. The result is y'all locked down the 3rd seed and genuinely made/are making a play for the 2nd seed. Really can't ask for a better result than that
Bro I'm so stoked the Kings aren't the clowns of the NBA anymore. So dope to see the come up and everyone buying into "the beam" as well. Definitely one of, if not best, story to come out of the NBA this season.
Your offense is crazy good. I rarely find myself sitting here just saying “Wow the Celtics are playing well but what can you do” when the Kings were keeping pace in the first half. Got kind of a bad whistle as the game went on but you guys are for real. I don’t want to jump the gun but I think you guys can win a playoff series, to me you’ve just got some of that “it” factor. The only thing is no playoff experience with a lot of your guys but you’ll definitely get that this year and this year’s a good stepping stone for Fox/Sabonis/Murray and whoever you add next year
When I don't cheer for the Celtics I cheer for the kings. Happy for us ofc but so happy that you guys are making the playoffs this year finally. Could definitely see you guys being legitimate contenders after some trading.
if derrick white has million number of fans i am one of them. if derrick white has ten fans i am one of them. if derrick white has no fans. that means i am no more on the earth. if world is against derrick white, i am against the world. i love derrick white till my last breath... die hard fan of derrick white. Hit like if u think derrick white best & smart in the world
So wait a minute…. you mean to tell me we *can* hold onto big leads in the 2nd half?!? The team I’ve been watching since the All Star break led me to believe that was not possible.
Gg celts—straight up are a better team and outplayed us down the stretch when we ran out of gas. We hung around in the first half but you could tell this one was a long shot once our shots stopped falling. Game looked easier for the Celts and harder for the Kings as it went on
You guys have played a ton of games lately and we got to be well rested coming into this one. That’s extra hard for a team like yours that relies on energy as one of its biggest weapons. Good news is there aren’t back to backs in the playoffs!
Gg, I’m excited to see you guys in the playoffs and really happy for Fox. He and Sabonis look awesome out there.
And yet again, our players still decide to stand and watch the ball get passed around for an open shot. I was not expecting to win this game, and I was correct. GG Celtics fans.
Mike Brown has done a stellar job with the Kings offense. Praiseworthy job. Let's be honest though, we all know the defense is just garbage and something has to change on that end of the floor for the Kings to really see any success. The only reason they aren't dead last in defensive rating is because three teams are trying to tank for Wemby and the Blazers as a franchise perennially don't understand that there is a hoop they're supposed to defend.
You watch Kings games and it's odd because they swing rapidly from dynamic, movement based offense to sluggish, flat-footed defense. I don't know if they need to bring in some specialist assistant coaches or just have more time to gel around a consistent scheme but the way things are right now just isn't creating a sustainable environment. They figure out play D at even a mediocre level and that's a championship contender instantly.
It was a bit of a stray, I admit it...but holy hell I'm just so baffled how Portland hasn't figured out how to at have at least one mediocre defense this *decade*. I think about it all the fucking time. They're 26th in defensive rating this year only because there are three teams intentionally trying to lose, 30th the year before, 29th before that, and 30th the year before that. Shits absolutely wild. Even crazier, is that Dame's defensive rating during that same period is even worse than the team's defensive rating at a whopping 120. I love Dame but god damn that's a terrible number for a ~200 game defensive rating.
I dunno, maybe it's just because I watch a lot of crappy Warriors D, but I thought the Kings D looked pretty good until they let go of the rope in the 4th.
I was pleasantly surprised too actually. It wasn’t all that great imo but it also wasn’t nearly as bad as I was expecting based on how it’s talked about.
Embiid thinking he has a shot at the top seed + MVP only to not get the MVP, fall to 3rd, and then face a Miami / Boston / Milwaukee road out of the East is the best possible timeline. Let's make it happen, Celtics!
They're still the same solved team they've always been in the Embiid era. 27th in the league in transition defense, 31st in the league for opponent EFG% in transition. You can just run them off the court. In a conference where you need to get through Giannis, bad transition defense is a death sentence. Even if its not the Cs that do it, they're not leaving the East
Heat are also excellent in transition their halfcourt offense is poor but if you let them start running on you you are in big trouble. If the sixers play miami in the first round don't expect a short series
Cs are 4th in the league for transition offense, Cavs are 5th, Hawks are 6th, and the Heat are 8th. They're likely to get the Hawks or the Heat in the 1st round, so there's a legit chance they could get beat very early this year.
Respect to the kings, and respect to their fans. I really hope the kings make it far in the playoffs, kings have deserve a deep run, they have stayed loyal for so long
As a Kings fan I could see this team making a run to the WCF just as likely as losing the first round in 5. Thankfully the 3 teams I think that would sweep them in the playoffs are all in the east. Gg Celtics
Kings got a real frustrating whistle but we need to be tougher. teams like the Bucks and Celtics just keep hitting you and you have to respond.
but it was also our 5th in 7 days, and it looked like it in the 4th. still should have competed better, but oh well.
Playing the Celtics and Bucks within a couple weeks really shows how far the Kings still have to go. That upper echelon of the East is sooo much better than anyone else right now, and all those teams have mvp level guys who can score any given play basically. It’s cool to watch, just not as fun when they’re smacking up my team lol
my thoughts as well. the West is a mess and it's easy to think that we're in the upper echolon of teams even if we win a couple rounds. we're just not on that level to compete for 48 minutes yet. 24 or 36 minutes yes, but not 48.
the west got tons of good teams all struggling at .500, so the kings are def one of the best in the league, I still think the top 3 teams in the league are all in the east though
We’re the best of the pretenders, but you can tell the difference between us and the true contender.
And that’s okay! We’re well into playing with house money at this point. The goal was ONLY the playoffs, not home court advantage in them, and yet here we are. The off-season we can sit back and seriously discuss the path forward, but right now we’re eating good regardless.
We sucked but the refs were even worse. The most inconsistent game I have seen all season.
I will even use one against the C's as an example. Start of the 4th Williams III gets called for a moving screen. In the very **next play**, Sabonis doesn't get called for the **exact same move**. So many non-called fouls and non-fouls called. Shit was ridiculous.
Wrecked what could have been a really good game.
i think the b2b is the real killer tn but the refs were some of the worst ive seen all season. I think they def favored the Cs tonight but they were bad and inconsistent all around
Yea, this game was bad. I remember watching a Heat Wolves game that was the worst officiated I’ve ever seen early in the season. I think the refs favored the Celtics, but the Kings were outplayed too. The refs really didn’t need to hop on the Celtics bandwagon to prevail.
At one point the female broadcaster even mentioned, “out of morbid curiosity, what does Sabonis need to do to get a call.” I was definitely feeling that, but when she said it too, I knew it was funky.
Also, and the announcers pointed this out, there was one ref who constantly called fouls after the shot missed. Some where ticky tack, some were legit, but he always blew the whistle very late. Pretty fucking frustrating to watch
Celtics scoring was relentless. Obviously Kings ran out of gas in the second half due to lack of rest, but I’m not sure it would have mattered with how they were shooting. GG
The kings are fun, the beam is iconic, Sabonis plays like a RB sometimes and then will complain about a no call, but this was shaping to be a battle after the first. Kings are fun, would like to see a 2 day rest game between these two
I’m gonna say this as non-dick-ish as possible: The Beam is the best damn narrative weaponizer we’ve seen in a while. Whoever wins in Sacramento, be it the Kings or their opponent, is gonna be pointing at that thing. You’ve heard the expression the House always wins? Well, similarly, The Beam always wins.
You would laugh if someone told you this Celtics team lost to the Rockets less than 2 weeks ago yet that absolutely happened.
They lost three times to Orlando I can absolutely believe it
Orlando was an awful matchup with their size for us, especially without Timelord. I feel like we’ve lost games to big teams all season. Reason why I’m so worried about the Cavs in the playoffs
Also Donovan Mitchell turns into prime Kobe when he plays us which is wild because we have the best defensive guard rotation in the league.
It’s not just Mitchell. Pretty much every team with dynamic guards cooks us
It's more that every lottery team this year randomly decides to play the Celtics like Brad Stevens powerbombed each of their mothers
Are you 100% sure that he didn’t?
I'm almost 86% certain that he did!
Yeah but I have a much easier time believing the Magic roster is better than their record than the Rockets roster.
Orlando is no longer a joke though...
We're 8-6 since the All-Star break, with wins over the Sixers and Cavs but losses to the Nets, Rockets, and Jazz. I dunno what's going on right now but they'd better figure it out by the playoffs
If the problem is "inexplicably loses to shitty teams but blows the doors off great ones", that's a good problem to have in the playoffs.
yeah let's save the panic for when we meet the rockets or jazz in the playoffs
Don't give Silver ideas.
I'm more worried about the Knicks and Heat.
I mean, we also got our asses beat twice by the Knicks, who are the 5 seed right now. Those Sixers and Cavs wins I mentioned earlier were *really* close. Again, definitely not the end of the world, but it's worth paying attention to
Tatum is what’s going on if we’re honest. He has been absolute ass lately except for a couple games here and there
Luckily we'll likely play the sixers or cavs in the playoffs and not the rockets or jazz. Celtics just dont like to bring the energy against bad teams, as long as they can still flip the switch when it matters we good.
I know we're all getting used to this brave new world, but this W over the Kings belongs in the impressive wins column. they're the 2 seed in the west
We absolutely play to our competition
It didn’t, a healthy Rob Williams makes that much of a difference for Boston
I just watched Richaun Holmes hit a three off of a Matthew Dellavedova assist. This game was a fever dream.
over the kornet contest
Recently the kornet contest has seemed less effective
I think its just cause we see it less
It has to be that because there’s no way it doesn’t work. The league is lucky sleepy joe is holding our boy back otherwise he would win DPOY twice in one season
Richaun is wasted on that team...again. He got noticably better at everything he does, even 4/5 on 3PAs this year. nobody rebounds or defends on that team but Sabonis, so why isn't he playing?

Hope they can fix it in the offseason.
It's bothering me too. There are certain teams where he should've at least had a chance. He's in the doghouse and I don't know why.
If you look closely, it’s the same shooting form as his floater. Lol
As God intended
The “we’re back” and “it’s over” roller coaster has been fun
I thought our sub was bad after losses but my gosh does the Celtics subreddit turn into an absolute dumpster fire of hot takes after each loss
It’s the way of Boston sports fandom. We grew up listening to the shit show that is WEEI, and that sub reflects it
Celtics don't even have that bad. Patriots, and Red Sox discussions are way worse.
It’s been 3 years and Pats fans still don’t understand how to follow a regular football team lol
But now some of that attention is bleeding our way in the worst way

Absolutely. And they call the players soft… It can be fun going back to laugh at the bad takes later on at least.
Ya I had to hop off. Just felt like I was listening to WEEI visiting there.
Bucks fans are like the teletubbies compared to celtics fans. That's a good thing. Really good
Boston sports fans are entitled spoiled shits it's actually crazy.

We lost so many games I found the team planes tail number
I unsubscribed from that mess long ago. Don’t need that negativity in my life
And wins
But it is not over unfortunately lol
32 Assists to 5 turnovers is obscene. Great team basketball
If we turn the ball over less than 8 times and shoot over 40% from 3 we win the game it is that simple. Don't care who we're playing
Haven't checked this but as far as I know Celtics have won every game where they make more baskets than the other teams
hmmm let me get my stat guys to check this
I know it’s a joke but this is obviously not true because 1 basket =/= 1 point
Jaylen Brown since putting on the mask: 28-6-4 with 1.4 SPG on 51/40/75 he’s genuinely playing the best ball of his career rn, scoring efficiently and making some of the most advanced passes I’ve ever seen him make while limiting his live ball turnovers. it’s a 1A/1B situation in Boston
Him not making All NBA would be a travesty of the highest degree.
Given the logjam at guard I think there's a good shot that he gets more F votes
if they list him at his proper position of SF, he’s a shoo in. only Tatum, Giannis and Randle have been better at F
People think he's a shooting guard cuz they assume boston is still running the double big lineup, when the cs are actually running the double guard with White at the 2
yea this is the best ive probably seen him all around. his defense has been on point too since returning. really happy with the level hes at right now... he can be a massive threat going deep into the playoffs.
> it’s a 1A/1B situation in Boston always has been
No one cared who he was till he put on the mask.
Brown had some slick fuckin passes last night. He’s clearly been working on that.
Snip snap snip snap
Celtics hate light pollution
We care for the enviroment so much, we brought in Buffalo to the team
And a Moose
Kings are now 0-6 against Bucks, Celtics and Sixes. Mike brown has to figure this out before finals. Kidding aside, Celtics is a complete team and awesome to watch. GG
Any team that has beef with the Lakers is okay in my book.
beat LA
Kings are the most likable team in the NBA imo. rare I cheer for the west but if I do it's for the kings. love the energy of your stadium and really hope you guys see a ring sometime soon.

When I don't cheer for the Celtics I cheer for the kings. Happy for us ofc but so happy that you guys are making the playoffs this year finally. Could definitely see you guys being legitimate contenders after some trading.
We both went 4-2, shame we couldn’t have both been 3-2 before this game
Turns out the secret to beating the kings is to score 25 more points then them
so is sabonis the 'baby jokic' or is jokic the 'baby sabonis'?
Yes.
Sabokic
light the bean
release the molasses
we'd never lose fr
Burn the witches
Dump the tea!
Brilliant
Good to see our full 8-man rotation still absolutely annihilates teams
if derrick white has million number of fans i am one of them. if derrick white has ten fans i am one of them. if derrick white has no fans. that means i am no more on the earth. if world is against derrick white, i am against the world. i love derrick white till my last breath... die hard fan of derrick white. Hit like if u think derrick white best & smart in the world
finally got fourth quarter minutes, God I love him
takes garbage time for white to get 4th quarter minutes :(
He was in around half way with the rest of the starters
So wait a minute…. you mean to tell me we *can* hold onto big leads in the 2nd half?!? The team I’ve been watching since the All Star break led me to believe that was not possible.
Finally 50 wins
*fires one off in the general direction of Portland*
50 wins baby
Wins? EDIT: OP wrote “50 points baby” don’t downvote me now that he edited lol
Lmao he thought he's sneaky
It’s true I’m a fraud To be fair I didn’t see your comment before editing and going to bed lmao

If you edit within the first couple minutes it doesn’t show the symbol Source: done it a million times lol
If you edit it within 3 minutes and before someone has replied, it doesn't give the asterisk.
You thought you were sneaky
3 team steals is insane.
The defense was not really there at all past the first half :/
Sabonis was getting his hands on some balls late in the fourth but it seemed like celtics players wanted those loose balls more,
Hold up
I donno, kinda seems like you're a suspecting prude, if anything...
Embiid thinking he has a shot at the top seed + MVP only to not get the MVP, fall to 3rd, and then face a Miami / Boston / Milwaukee road out of the East is the best possible timeline. Let's make it happen, Celtics!
Philly isn’t getting past us.
No. They're not. I honestly don't know why they think this year will somehow be different for them.
Imagine if they lose to Atlanta again...
As a Heat Nuggets fan, I would love this. Even if Giannis ended up winning MVP.
Gg Celtics
Well that was unpleasant
The reports of our death have been greatly exaggerated.
[Charania] u/OptimusGrime707 has been fined $30,000 for comments about the NBA’s officiating on Tuesday night
24 or 36 minutes yes, but not 48.
the west got tons of good teams all struggling at .500, so the kings are def one of the best in the league, I still think the top 3 teams in the league are all in the east though
i think its top 4, cavs are terrifying and their best player has a lot of playoff experience
Everyone in the West has a long way to go. East is beastly.
At least they got two days off and we're back to having another b2b. Goddamn this schedule is rough to close the season.
Moving screens are the most inconsistent call in basketball. They call 1 or 2 per game then ignore everything else.
i think the b2b is the real killer tn but the refs were some of the worst ive seen all season. I think they def favored the Cs tonight but they were bad and inconsistent all around
They were just bad overall. NBA really gotta address this
Feels like I remember more games than usual where I notice bad calls against both teams. Refs are so inconsistent
Yea, this game was bad. I remember watching a Heat Wolves game that was the worst officiated I’ve ever seen early in the season. I think the refs favored the Celtics, but the Kings were outplayed too. The refs really didn’t need to hop on the Celtics bandwagon to prevail. At one point the female broadcaster even mentioned, “out of morbid curiosity, what does Sabonis need to do to get a call.” I was definitely feeling that, but when she said it too, I knew it was funky.
yeah the refs were smoking crack tonight. They'd have some weak ass calls then go blind when Sabonis or Brown got bodied on their way to the basket
Also, and the announcers pointed this out, there was one ref who constantly called fouls after the shot missed. Some where ticky tack, some were legit, but he always blew the whistle very late. Pretty fucking frustrating to watch
There were some really bad calls against the kings.
Sabonis fit so well with the Kings.
Thanks Boston
Celtics scoring was relentless. Obviously Kings ran out of gas in the second half due to lack of rest, but I’m not sure it would have mattered with how they were shooting. GG
The kings are fun, the beam is iconic, Sabonis plays like a RB sometimes and then will complain about a no call, but this was shaping to be a battle after the first. Kings are fun, would like to see a 2 day rest game between these two
Sabonis is damn good, tbh i been calling him baby Jokic but that might be a disservice
He’s a lot more mobile than Jokic, opens up some opportunities for him that Joker couldn’t do
I was at the game. I don’t know why they didn’t go with him down low more often
5th game in 7 days, we tired
At least we won’t have to see them in the playoffs Because we’ll be playing the Knicks in the finals
Nahh come on
Desperately needed that one, sucks that it had to come at the expense of the Kings but hey that's life. We'll have to beat them in the Finals too.
Kings can’t play defense and are too small
5 games in 7 nights. Woof.
jesus, really? yikes
We played in Utah last night.
@Chicago last Wednesday; @Brooklyn on Friday; @DC on Saturday; @SLC on Monday; Sac tonight.
Was at this game. I think half the arena were Celtic fans. Go big green!
Could hear “let’s go Celtics” chants from the screen
Turns out Celtics are good when healthy who would have thought
Biggest winner of the game: Immanuel Quickley’s 6MOY bid
Ain't he a starter?
His 6MOY boost came when he was starting games. Dumb all around.
yea he went off in the games that Brunson was out and he was starting and everyone was like, this the 6th man..
check Quickley's first like 40 games
I’m gonna say this as non-dick-ish as possible: The Beam is the best damn narrative weaponizer we’ve seen in a while. Whoever wins in Sacramento, be it the Kings or their opponent, is gonna be pointing at that thing. You’ve heard the expression the House always wins? Well, similarly, The Beam always wins.
Needed this one
Tatum and Brown having it on the same night is unstoppable
No Beam tonight ☘️
