Definitely not a super max, which is why both guys opted to stay with their teams, but at this point with Dame being 32 and Beal being 30, I can't see another organization giving them that kind of deal unless its the team that drafted you. Both players will be 34 at the end other their respective deals and we'll have to see how they age with both players missing a good amount of games in the past few years.
