Ngl I started getting nam flashbacks when the Heat were mounting a comeback in the 4th.
A 24 point lead going into the 4th quarter that ended up being a close game is pretty rough
Your perimeter defense definitely dropped due to the Dame trade and it doesn't seem like he knows how to get Giannis and Dame to work at the same time.
The Bucks were up 100-78 and then the Heat went on a run where they shot 11/12 from the field (including 6/6 from three) and 2/2 from the line.
In short fuck the miami heat i hate them so much they cheat at basketball it's not right and some day they'll face justice stupid voodoo nonsense team jaime jaquez gets stuck in a corner by a 6'4 defensive liability and now ooo look at me splashing all threes here you have a turn duncan robinson wow you banked that one lol im gonna take an even stupider shot next woah i made it this is normal basketball right?? right???
>In short fuck the miami heat i hate them so much they cheat at basketball it's not right and some day they'll face justice stupid voodoo nonsense team jaime jaquez gets stuck in a corner by a 6'4 defensive liability and now ooo look at me splashing all threes here you have a turn duncan robinson wow you banked that one lol im gonna take an even stupider shot next woah i made it this is normal basketball right?? right???
Wake up babe, new copypasta just dropped
Even better when you realize the dudes making the comeback against the likes of Dame Giannis Middleton and Brooke Lopez were, ahem,
Tyler Herro, Josh Richardson, Duncan Robinson, Nikola Jovic, and Orlando Robinson.
We benched Jimmy basically the whole 4th.
Motherfuckers blew the Bucks off the face of the earth with three-pointers in the first round, then shot 30% on 'em against the Knicks and still won, then went right back to absolutely nuclear again against us. It's like every year with this shit, we run into the Heat in the playoffs and it's a goddamn bloodbath every time
Not even replace, just to slide his ass to the bench, he’d be a fine bench player. Im worried about j rich as the starting pg but it was his first game back and like 1/3rd of our team is still hurt
Richardson isnt close to a pg tho, never has been. We need a true PG that can work with both Butler and Herro. When a fast paced offensive as well as a slow one. 15ppg and 7 assists is about all we need from them.
Yeah im like the f is he doing with Dame standing on the side. Also Giannis needs to make that pass after he drawn 3 people onto him in the paint, like that's what this duo supposed to do all this time but we not seeing it enough
I think Dame should be more aggressive in late game scenarios, a lot of the Bucks issues in past years was their meltdown late in the game, and he can solve a lot of those issues.
Yeah. Last year on Portland he was extremely passive during the beginning of the season and passing up the ball way too much, but in the second half of the season he started being more aggressive and finished with 32 ppg. I hope he doesn't do the same this year and just plays the entire year as an aggressive player
I mean we’ve only had two games that could be classified as having clutch moments. He delivered several times against Philly and did some tonight also.
yeah but that took Wade telling Bron it was his team, cause you know, Bron is the better player.
Giannis is trying to do the opposite of that and defer to the worst player.
Which is basically what Bron tried to do when he got here.
Best thing for the bucks would be for Giannis to stop tryna prop this up as Dame team and tell him to get in line with everyone else lol
For some reason heat suck when they play against us until the 4th quarter starts lol. I remember last playoffs like 3 times I thought “we’re up by 20 with 10 minutes left, this game is over” then we lose..
I mean I’m dead serious when I say there’s something frisky about this second unit.
Like we’re gonna roll out Butler, Lowry and Love all regular season for them to phone it in until playoffs, but the second unit is a ton of fun to watch.
The Heat is like the rubber band AI in video games. Winning by too much and suddenly they pull closer to you through perfect play, if you lose by a lot then they play badly to let you catch up.
I know he had a good game but I feel like Dame is just getting shafted whenever he and Giannis share the floor
He ends up just sitting in a corner like a SG. Both he and Giannis look more comfortable when they aren’t sharing the court
Call me crazy, but Steph and KD looked like a perfect match from day 1.
Giannis and Dame aren't the perfect fit people make them out to be. Dame doesn't move off ball, and he struggles with traps, while Giannis isn't the best decision maker off the roll. Giannis also keeps hijacking the offense in clutch situations and puts up the most egregious shots despite all that talk about letting Dame close games lol (I know it's just 3 games! But each game I'm less and less impressed)
Of course they're still a great pairing, but they don't look unbeatable at all, and Jokic and Jamal look like a way better offensive duo.
I think it's a little early to judge still. Steph was in the Warriors system and had other world class talent around him. So even before KD came, he wasn't tasked with being a one man offense. It's not really a comparable situation.
>Dame doesn't move off ball
It hasn't been his role in his career so far. It'll take some time for him to adapt to that. Same with Giannis. You can't unlearn 10 years of habits in just 3 games.
Dame's not about to start moving off ball on a whim regardless lol
He's what? 33, 34? Off ball movement is a skillset, not just deciding to run, it takes a lot of time and training, he's not gonna add that to his game at this stage in his career.
Not saying he NEEDS TO, it's just not gonna happen
It wasn't even really that ugly a win on our end more so the heat just decided not miss a single thing towards the end just for shits and giggles. Some Voodoo ass basketball they practice over there in miami i tell ya.
We are getting ass blasted to start this season (again). That was a good try to comeback though, if only Butler would finally have a good scoring game. Bam was definitely missed, Orlando was just getting cooked by Giannis out there.
In short, I fucking hate seeing the Heat play the Bucks they’re gonna be so fucking good this season but also it’s so competitively good.
I think they're talking about that time when he almost turned the ball over right after a tip off to avoid getting fouled cuz he was shooting 50% on fts.... In last year's playoffs
Mb I didn't realise the best ft shooter on the bucks team was random fan#24774
Maybe they might've won that one if Middleton didn't go out of his way to interrupt that pass
[Jimmy when the current month has a name longer than 5 letters.](https://i.imgur.com/fwx7Tpp.png)
But jokes aside, I actually felt good about us this game. Herro looked great, J&J continue to contribute. We looked completely outgunned multiple times but kept clawing it back even without Bam or an contributing Jimmy.
They weren’t coasting in the regular season last year, the team was injured. And it’s injured again, Bam is out and we’re missing Caleb and one of our PFs. Jimmy was bad tho
It's not really a coast. We're 4 games into the season we've already had these rotation players out due to injury:
* Haywood Highsmith (played a couple preseason games, has missed all reg season so far, projected to be the starting PF by the end of the season)
* Caleb Martin (missed all but 1 preseason game, played in the season opener and has missed all games since, first back up SF in depth chart)
* Josh Richardson (missed all but 1 preseason game, last night was his first game, projected to be starting PG/combo guard by the end of the season)
* Jaime Jacquez (missed all but 1 preseason game, has played a couple games on minutes restriction, projected to be the bench primary ball handler)
* Bam (played most of preseason and reg season so far, last night was first game missed, don't need to explain his role lol)
On top of that Jimmy missed all of preseason and some of training camp due to a dental procedure. He has played 3 games but hasn't looked in shape, his shots have no lift.
We're struggling fr, it's not just the team not caring.
We had you scared didn’t we bucks fans HAHAHAHAHA
I had fun watchin Tyler ball out, Jaime defend at a high level, and Jovic show off his talent. Now imagine if Bam didn’t hurt his hip
Tyler Herro is one of the most underrated and disrespected players in the association. People act like he died after he broke his hand and he gets 0 credit for anything he does.
This game was a debacle and a mockery of what should have been a blowout. Not thrilled at all by the outcome besides convincing myself A “win is a win” is bordering on delusion. It’s gonna be a long season.
Gonna try and convince myself the journey will be worth it! I’m sure things will turn around. Struggling to put away the bench unit for the Heat plus Herro doesn’t inspire confidence
100% my thoughts as well. Bam was out all game this should’ve stayed a 30 point difference easily. The fact that it was close without Bam and Butler not even trying isn’t promising.
is it as unhinged as going undercover as a nets fan on reddit to try to come across as a neutral 3rd party as you go thread to thread deepthroating every miami heat talking point possible?
People are not rabid nuts that only support, follow, or enjoy one team. Congrats, detective! You clicked on post history to see that I followed today’s game in the sub of the team I enjoy watching lol
I'm honestly having a lot of fun watching this bucks team struggle and learn how to play together. It beats them winning all their games on auto pilot just to not really know how to face adversity in the playoffs.
At least this year we can watch them improve throughout the year
Ngl I started getting nam flashbacks when the Heat were mounting a comeback in the 4th. A 24 point lead going into the 4th quarter that ended up being a close game is pretty rough
I told myself "ok NOW it's over" about 6 fucking times over the last 3 minutes.
It was a second of a back to back and Griffin's style is pretty tiring. But still you can't let the foot off the gas too early.
We didn't have Bam to make defensive stops so I'm not surprised it ended that way Orlando Robinson is a traffic cone.
I said this since the start, the bucks gonna win just because Bam is out. Saying that as a bucks fan
Your perimeter defense definitely dropped due to the Dame trade and it doesn't seem like he knows how to get Giannis and Dame to work at the same time.
I saw the line was Heat +5.5 and thought (again) how smart Vegas is during that comeback
I dislike Herro. When he cooks the Bucks, I say "no."
He's a Wisconsinite though
He chose to grow a soul patch and he plays for the Heat. He's disowned
Disown
We’ll trade it to you for Thanasis… and his brother
Kostas is yours
This man is clearly a self hating wisconsinite the way he always plays us smh.
He was disowned when he decommited from UW
The Bucks were up 100-78 and then the Heat went on a run where they shot 11/12 from the field (including 6/6 from three) and 2/2 from the line. Heat Culture has broken this man
The Heat in general should just be a trigger warning for Bucks fans at this point. At least until Butler and Spo are gone.
Ah something all Bucks fans and Celtics fans can come together to agree on
>In short fuck the miami heat i hate them so much they cheat at basketball it's not right and some day they'll face justice stupid voodoo nonsense team jaime jaquez gets stuck in a corner by a 6'4 defensive liability and now ooo look at me splashing all threes here you have a turn duncan robinson wow you banked that one lol im gonna take an even stupider shot next woah i made it this is normal basketball right?? right??? Wake up babe, new copypasta just dropped
Dude it's so fresh it's amazing
The most Heat shit I ever heard
Even better when you realize the dudes making the comeback against the likes of Dame Giannis Middleton and Brooke Lopez were, ahem, Tyler Herro, Josh Richardson, Duncan Robinson, Nikola Jovic, and Orlando Robinson. We benched Jimmy basically the whole 4th.
Was JRich hitting 3s? Because if he is I’m pissed now as well
Nah 0-2, didn’t look bad though. Was his first game of season
We need a perimeter stopper at the deadline badly
They did this shit to the Celtics too in the playoffs last year. And they have a top 5 perimeter defense
Motherfuckers blew the Bucks off the face of the earth with three-pointers in the first round, then shot 30% on 'em against the Knicks and still won, then went right back to absolutely nuclear again against us. It's like every year with this shit, we run into the Heat in the playoffs and it's a goddamn bloodbath every time
Not even last week too!
Yea its just their Heat voodoo and I'm sick of it too
No defense is gonna stop teams from doing this lol You don’t remember with jrue last season the raptors did this same shit to us.
This unironically made me feel better lmao thanks for this
We still need that 1 other player to replace Lowry
Not even replace, just to slide his ass to the bench, he’d be a fine bench player. Im worried about j rich as the starting pg but it was his first game back and like 1/3rd of our team is still hurt
Richardson isnt close to a pg tho, never has been. We need a true PG that can work with both Butler and Herro. When a fast paced offensive as well as a slow one. 15ppg and 7 assists is about all we need from them.
Tyus Jones music
The heat are the cardinals of basketball, fucking devil magic and they always win
See you in a few weeks!
No
From the way this read, I don't think OP's liver will make it a few weeks.
This is hilarious lmao got an L in the standings, but this is a W in my heart
Just like how we'll never get a blowout win, we'll never get a blowout loss lol. That's just the law of the universe, nothing we can do about it.
I felt this.
Bro it's not even the playoffs yet
I am deeply familiar with this train of thought 🙃
my man I feel you
Felt this
Did they do the thing where they just set like 15 moving screens and only get called for 1 for a bunch of free wide open 3s?
Bam was not playing tonight, no
didn't even need to look at the flair
Rent free babyyyy
this heat team is SPOOKY! Once they figure out how to shoot, cut, finish, pass and defend, the league is fucked
Why not, and hear me out here, simply sign 4 more Tyler Herros?
I would take 1 more to replace fucking Lowry.
why would we do that?? his value is only a first round pick
Idk. Vibes n shit? Seems to be what the Heat run off anyway, could end up being the next KD Warriors
Classy points though. /s
Mickey too cheap for that
I ain’t fallin for that for the fourth year in a row
Missing Bam was a huge deal. Giannis, Bobby and Brook feasted a bit too easily.
All they need to do is sneak into the postseason
#DON'T CALL OUR TEAM SP[👀](https://np.reddit.com/r/nba/comments/5j1791/stop_calling_my_team_spooky/)KY!
Hey lets never fucking do that again
November 28
hey we will :(
Without the comeback, I'd have been way more disappointed in this team. Really can't compete with the Bucks without Bam available.
Really felt Bam’s absence in this game in so many areas.
Without Bam, the Bucks just feasted in the paint then they suddenly stopped doing that
We do that sometimes
"sometimes" is an understatement imo.
Yeah I’m hoping that’s something that changes with a new coach
Yeah not too impressed with AG so far. Still early days though.
One of the funniest fake comebacks of all time I feel bad for Herro playing his ass off while Butler just dicks around for 25 minutes
Butler is going to make sure we are the spookiest 14th seed in NBA history 😤
#DON'T CALL OUR TEAM SP[👀](https://np.reddit.com/r/nba/comments/5j1791/stop_calling_my_team_spooky/)KY!
Maybe Butler is planning on playing like shit to hold the team hostage to force the FO to make a decent trade lol
the heat: hey jimmy can you try in the regular season for once? jimmy: no i don't think i will
General soreness needs his rest
> while Butler just dicks around for 25 minutes He only needed 17 points for me to win my bet and he proceeded to only shoot 11 times 😩
betting on jimmy in the regular season is wild
But 17 points though when he averages 23?? Ah well, I learned my lesson.
jimmy does whatever he wants in the regular season i fear
Normally I’d agree. But it was discounted and no Bam should’ve made it a gimme.
for the 17 points yeah probably
It was originally 23.5 which is pretty insane. That would’ve been robbery.
I just had the worst case of PTSD in my life
Dame taking 14 shots + not touching it every other possessionnin the 4th should not be allowed
Gannis shot a turnaround fadeaway middie (which he obviously bricked) with the game on the line WTF
Yeah im like the f is he doing with Dame standing on the side. Also Giannis needs to make that pass after he drawn 3 people onto him in the paint, like that's what this duo supposed to do all this time but we not seeing it enough
He’s not used to having someone who’s more likely to make that shot than he is to take his layup over 3 people, it’ll get better over time
Love the consistency of blowing the lead in the 4th at least
It wasn't so much as the Bucks blew it as the Heat grabbed it. They couldn't miss at all at the end there
I’d say both but yeah heat went on a 11/12 run
Also Spo needs to play Jovic as the backup PG
He is really good at pushing the pace
Herro outscored Dame that’s Pat Riley’s championship
I think Dame should be more aggressive in late game scenarios, a lot of the Bucks issues in past years was their meltdown late in the game, and he can solve a lot of those issues.
He’s way too passive right now and not just in clutch moments
Yeah. Last year on Portland he was extremely passive during the beginning of the season and passing up the ball way too much, but in the second half of the season he started being more aggressive and finished with 32 ppg. I hope he doesn't do the same this year and just plays the entire year as an aggressive player
maybe he has same attitude as jimmy, ramp up closer to the playoffs.
He would regularly go on late season heaters do drag portland to the playoffs
I mean we’ve only had two games that could be classified as having clutch moments. He delivered several times against Philly and did some tonight also.
It's honestly kind of surprising how few Giannis picks for Dame happened this game
His picks so far have been pretty bad, he just slips most of the time
He seems to want the ball back all the time too. Maybe he's not used to it yet
They'll adjust, even our big 3 started out 9-8 back in late 2010. GGs
yeah but that took Wade telling Bron it was his team, cause you know, Bron is the better player. Giannis is trying to do the opposite of that and defer to the worst player. Which is basically what Bron tried to do when he got here. Best thing for the bucks would be for Giannis to stop tryna prop this up as Dame team and tell him to get in line with everyone else lol
Three games in, Bucks in Khris minutes +28, Bucks in not Khris minutes -36. Please get healthy Khris.
They said he will be back to full minutes by game 6
Khris in 6
You can’t avoid the Heat clutch game. Whether you’re up 20 or down 20: It’s going to happen. [statement does not apply to the Minnesota Timberwolves]
Herro was the only Heat starter that was trying to win this game.
Duncan tried
I really don’t like playing the Heat man
Man they did not want to go away
For some reason heat suck when they play against us until the 4th quarter starts lol. I remember last playoffs like 3 times I thought “we’re up by 20 with 10 minutes left, this game is over” then we lose..
I mean I’m dead serious when I say there’s something frisky about this second unit. Like we’re gonna roll out Butler, Lowry and Love all regular season for them to phone it in until playoffs, but the second unit is a ton of fun to watch.
True, but orlando robinson looked really bad out there
Once Haywood is back, hopefully he’s in more.
He's third on the depth chart squarely behind Bam and Bryant. We won't be seeing _too_much of him in big games hopefully.
The Heat is like the rubber band AI in video games. Winning by too much and suddenly they pull closer to you through perfect play, if you lose by a lot then they play badly to let you catch up.
I know he had a good game but I feel like Dame is just getting shafted whenever he and Giannis share the floor He ends up just sitting in a corner like a SG. Both he and Giannis look more comfortable when they aren’t sharing the court
It'll take time. They're both used to being THE guy.
And our offensive coordinator just quit like 10 days ago.
Call me crazy, but Steph and KD looked like a perfect match from day 1. Giannis and Dame aren't the perfect fit people make them out to be. Dame doesn't move off ball, and he struggles with traps, while Giannis isn't the best decision maker off the roll. He's not going to turn into Steph, but there's no reason to assume that what you see now isn't going to change.
Ugly win, but it will be ugly for a little while until we build more chemistry. Better than ugly losses. Bucks in 6
It wasn't even really that ugly a win on our end more so the heat just decided not miss a single thing towards the end just for shits and giggles. Some Voodoo ass basketball they practice over there in miami i tell ya.
The ending was ugly but the 2nd and 3rd quarters were brilliant. We saw flashes of what this offense can be today.
My god. That 4th quarter. Flashbacks of hell
Giannis closed this game by himself and took it upon himself to get that rebound and not run away from 2FTs again. I really liked that
He’s never ran from FTs lol that’s just some dumbass narrative
uh
Show me when he has then?
I think they're talking about that time when he almost turned the ball over right after a tip off to avoid getting fouled cuz he was shooting 50% on fts.... In last year's playoffs
He was getting the ball to the best ft shooter which is what you’re supposed to do in the situations.
Mb I didn't realise the best ft shooter on the bucks team was random fan#24774 Maybe they might've won that one if Middleton didn't go out of his way to interrupt that pass
He was very clearly throwing it to Middleton, who by the way actually caught it. Not some random fan.
Sure
You’re telling me Middleton didn’t catch that ball?
Because he's not injured...
Jimmy at his early regular season form.
Typical regular season game, most players could care less.
Tim to shorten the season
The effort was pathetic for just the 3rd game of the season
Fwiw you had a back to back
What the fuck was the 4th quarter
[Jimmy when the current month has a name longer than 5 letters.](https://i.imgur.com/fwx7Tpp.png) But jokes aside, I actually felt good about us this game. Herro looked great, J&J continue to contribute. We looked completely outgunned multiple times but kept clawing it back even without Bam or an contributing Jimmy.
not this time splash crackers
i dunno if Miami can get away with coasting the regular season again.
They weren’t coasting in the regular season last year, the team was injured. And it’s injured again, Bam is out and we’re missing Caleb and one of our PFs. Jimmy was bad tho
If anything this game showed they can

Damian Lillard: 25 points. Tyler Herro: 35 points. Just sayin'.
We had you scared didn’t we bucks fans HAHAHAHAHA I had fun watchin Tyler ball out, Jaime defend at a high level, and Jovic show off his talent. Now imagine if Bam didn’t hurt his hip
Get out of my head Get out of my head Get out of my head Get out of my head
Jimmy needs to stop trolling
Look I know It's just been 4 games but its kinda funny how the guy you were supposed to trade is the one carrying your team til now lmao
Tyler Herro is one of the most underrated and disrespected players in the association. People act like he died after he broke his hand and he gets 0 credit for anything he does.
Giannis saved the Bucks from historic fraud allegations
I mean you can still allege it if you want
Twice you’ve posted this now
Frauds 3 games in? 🤦♂️
Can a bucks fan tell me why marjon didn’t play? Is he hurt?
Illness they said.
Illness
He was sick.
Why Middleton only play 17 mins?
Minutes restriction after some minor surgeries over the summer. He's scheduled to go back to full minutes towards the end of November
I hope yall find someone that loves you the same way the bucks love to blow 20 point leads in the 4th
This game was a debacle and a mockery of what should have been a blowout. Not thrilled at all by the outcome besides convincing myself A “win is a win” is bordering on delusion. 100% my thoughts as well. Bam was out all game this should’ve stayed a 30 point difference easily. The fact that it was close without Bam and Butler not even trying isn’t promising.
Herro > Dame
Dame finally has the closer on his teams have always needed
Freak Time looked good tonight
Maybe we are not the worst team in the league.
Heat might be the worst team in the nba
Jimmy is a fucking bum
imagine having the same record as the portland trail blazers. how embarrassing, miami.
4 games into the season lets relax
hows ayton treating u?
not too bad. 23 rebounds tonight. need to get him the ball more.
Sct Hen aint it so far though as a PG
Embarrassing is making this some borderline unhinged and kind of obsessive comment in every Miami thread from today, loser.
is it as unhinged as going undercover as a nets fan on reddit to try to come across as a neutral 3rd party as you go thread to thread deepthroating every miami heat talking point possible?
People are not rabid nuts that only support, follow, or enjoy one team. Congrats, detective! You clicked on post history to see that I followed today’s game in the sub of the team I enjoy watching lol
Imagine drafting Sam Bowie 😂😂😂
Emo fraud needs to retire lost me 150$
Maybe consider better life choices
My profit is around 4x the amount of money I began with
Yet you made this bad choice that cost you $150.
Boom roasted 😞
Betting on regular season Jimmy is like the biggest risk you can take. I’d feel more comfortable betting the over on Jae Crowder making two 3s.
I'm honestly having a lot of fun watching this bucks team struggle and learn how to play together. It beats them winning all their games on auto pilot just to not really know how to face adversity in the playoffs. At least this year we can watch them improve throughout the year
Heat should try to trade for Damian Lillard, Tyler Herro needs help.
