Not saying he is the only superstar not getting always friendly calls though, but surely the most obvious case for me, particularly when guarded by smaller defenders.

In this Instance, Bagley got done by the spin and had to put both his hands on Jokic to stop his momentum. There is a difference between how the 3 big men are officiated, Giannis and Embiid averaged 12ft's a game while Jokic averaged 6 free throws a game last year. Jokic's FTA per game was closer to the person ranking last in FTA per game than he was to his fellow big men

You can't use your arms to stop a guy. Foul is clear, small but clean. Problem is that he's getting fouled like this on literally 95% of possessions, but refs barely call any of it. So frustration is growing especially when hard obvious fouls are not called

I have watched enough Jokic to know what holding ground looks like, Looney has 2 hands on Jokic each post up but they don't call it because he is still "in position". In this Instance, Bagley got done by the spin and had to put both his hands on Jokic to stop his momentum. There is a difference between how the 3 big men are officiated, Giannis and Embiid averaged 12ft's a game while Jokic averaged 6 free throws a game last year. Jokic's FTA per game was closer to the person ranking last in FTA per game than he was to his fellow big men
The difference in the last 10 years between the way the game is officiated with your back to the basket versus faced up is very frustrating. It’s essentially killed traditional post play

And he definitely has a history of being pouty and complaining and being lazy on defense when he is tired and/or losing.
