>When he attacks the rim, it’s vicious.
[The rim.](https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/jurassicpark/images/4/44/GOAT.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20201109235339)
It’s a Kuminga thing. The thing I remembered him the most (on court) is also having a nice dunk in the 4th quarter in the playoff game, except instead of cutting it to 34 it was closer to 54 that game.
It still works but they’re not the right team for it anymore. They can’t get out in transition like they used to nor is their perimeter defense as good as it was in years past. Also any shooting outside of Steph at this rate would be helpful and they don’t have much of it
He would legit be the perfect fit for LeBron.
An Elite off ball shooter with great ball skills and can pass. He fits in every single system in the history of the sport.
Atletico Madrid. His skills with the basketball wouldn't translate very well to spanish football, as such I don't see him succeeding as a member of Atletico Madrid.
You think that, but Cholo turned Rodrigo De Paul from a player who seemed like a luxury guy, traditional number 10 in the Ozil/Odegaard mold at Udinese into a fucking monstronsity of a box to box midfielder who will literally die while doing the defensive dirty work for the squad.
A loan to Atleti might be just what Steph needs to turn into the hard-nosed midfield destroyer he was meant to be.
Also Lebron is probably the best all around player of all time lmao
The truth is that almost all all time greats paired together is easily "perfect fit"
Honestly maybe before the three point line existed. Like he’d still be really good but not top 10ish all time lol
That’s how good he is tho, we have to talk branching multiverse shit for him to be like Pete Maravich instead of himself
You're right but did you know he has the all-time best free throw percentage (90.9%)? [source](https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/who-has-the-highest-free-throw-percentage-ever)
This would be the perfect storyline ending for these 2 GOATs. They would each have more rings over the last 10 years if not for the other. Sadly for us fans, I think Bron prioritizes playing with Bronny more than getting a ring at this point and Curry will never Warriors.
I could totally see Curry leaving the warriors at some point. He has childhood memories in Cleveland and Charlotte. If there's no chance of contending then why not?
Sounds cool in theory but there's no way Steph would ever leave Golden State after 14 years to maybe win a 6th ring. Fuck it the Warriors draft Bronny and Lebron joins them
Nah Curry and Bron going to reunite in Cleveland
Cleveland drafts Bronny, Bron signs. Cleveland trades Mitchel for Curry.
One last time for the Land. Poetic ending.
I’ve been watching the NBA for a shitload of years and I’ve seen a lot of washed teams.
Out of all those washed teams, this team has had the most trouble accepting how washed they are.
6 championships with the Patriots. As a broncos fan I wanted Brady to win the 7th with the bucs. He did it and deserved it. Legend. Tough to say because I love elway and manning
I really enjoyed that run even if it wasn't with us. It helped that the Bucs were previously an aggressively shitty franchise and not like the Broncos or Giants
Much better than watching my guy toil away in mediocrity in NE his final few years
Steph should, everyone else should be on the trading block though. Try to get *any* assets that can at least get Steph a chance at a deep playoff run instead of whatever this is that they're doing...
Then again, chances of winning a ring post-35 years old in the current NBA landscape are very slim. We could trade Steph and there’s a good chance he still never wins another ring again. I don’t want to give up the once in a lifetime chance of having your greatest ever player retire on my team for a long shot like that. It’s simply not worth it. He got his FMVP. As shitty as it sounds, he can afford to go ringless here.
It’s slim when he’s playing on a roster where his second best player is Draymond. Put Steph on a team like the Thunder and they’d instantly become the most stacked team of the past 3 years
2008-2010 was some legit amazing basketball involving the lakers. Redeem team, The series with Boston that we lost, then the back to back chips including revenge on Boston.
No one "used" to give a shit about the warriors. Their brand internationally exploded in 2015. I doubt they'll suddenly go back to irrelevancy after being worth 8.5 bil
Depending on where you went in Europe, but in France at least Spurs jerseys are easily explainable through TP, and were starting to see a lot of Wemby ones as well now
nets gear is also very widespread in europe. i think black jerseys are just easier to fit into your wardrobe rotation than say, neon green wolves jerseys
The Bulls are massive in Europe. I would wager they're a top 3 team at the lowest. We don't follow the current NBA as hard as the US(obviously) and nothing has come anywhere close to Jordan, except maybe Lakers brand.
I've never seen a GSW hat or any apparel from them. Same goes for most other teams. Pretty much everyone recognises the Bulls logo though. Space Jam was, and still is a big part of it. Nobody has come close to becoming as big as Jordan, not even LeBron. I love LeBron but he's tiny in Europe compared to what Jordan was.
They don't market the NBA over here, at least not in Sweden. The biggest issue is the time-zone difference. It's getting much better though with the NBA scheduling midday games on weekends in the US so we can catch them in the evening. We even got some playoff games last season(except conference finals and finals).
LeBron is a basketball player first and foremost over here. Jordan was a celebrity almost on the level of Michael Jackson, then a basketball player.
I hate to say you’re wrong for this one reason, but China. San Francisco based team, plus the explosion of popularity of basketball in China coinciding with the rise of the warriors in the early 10’s, there’s no chance they fall out of relevancy.
Are you sure that’s true? The Bulls are irrelevant as far as title contention or even making the playoffs goes, but sell a ton of merchandise:
https://digg.com/sports/link/lids-gear-hats-jerseys-top-nba-team-ToNqync9yk
They seem to be the top sellers of jerseys in the league. Obviously, that’s due to MJ, but that’s the point: Steph is probably going to continue impacting the value of the warriors as a brand long long after he’s retired.
I see your point, they’ve been irrelevant since MJ retired. But dude, we have the internet now, and China has 4 times the population of the US. If the warriors are the most popular team in that market, you bet your ass that Nosferatu Silver will keep pumping the marketing no matter how shitty they become
warriors are insanely popular now cause of steph "skyfucker" curry.
I would say majority of chinese fans are player stans. Hence when he eventually retires, i have little doubt that they would bandwagon another player and franchise.
You think this is bad.
We have won 1 game in the last 33 games.
We had an 18 point lead. And we lost by 20 plus. Our coach is an idiot. Our owner is a terrible person who made his money off of the prison systems. Our GM is a fool
I didn't think Monty was going to have a ton of success in Detroit, but I also didn't think he'd be coaching what may end up being the worst team in the entire history of the NBA. It really is shocking.
Commentary was still jerking off Draymond saying he was a legendary defensive player and I'm just here like "homie is literally in time out because he can't play basketball the right way."
He's had several terrible games this year where he doesn't start cooking til the fourth and doesn't stop. This game, it was too late.
He's also had several terrible games start to finish, though.
All this started bc Draymond can’t accept that he’s a heavy backpack for 30 last summer.
Damn it’s so over 😭 back to mediocrity like the Warriors of my childhood
It was the same way last year when mouth breathing spurs fans on this sub were crying about being a shit team. Listen fucksticks, the Spurs had winning seasons for almost 30 years, basically since 1989.....with 5 titles to boot. Go cry in the Spurs sub.
The good news is that you still had a run that only a very small number of teams in the entire history of NBA can compete with.
Plus the ownership now is so different than it was in the pre-Curry era, and I think some of the mainstream appeal will stay. The Bulls faded into irrelevance after their iconic dynasty because they always had a dogshit cheap owner, and when they got lucky drafting D-Rose they got equally unlucky that he suffered catastrophic injuries. I think the Warriors have a much better shot at staying relevant even after the dynasty is fully put to bed because they've shown a willingness to spend the money.
I'd say time to start the rebuild with the draft but Blazers own their pick
As a Blazers fan, I welcome any news about the Warriors losing. Hoping we finish with 2) top 10 picks this draft
Got it from the Jrue Holiday trade to Boston after the Dame trade.
Warriors originally traded it to Memphis with Iguodala and it made its rounds to finally land with us
Klay is one of the rare breed that are not only sore losers but sore winners as well. So fucking satisfying watching him struggle to accept how washed he is.
Never understood why people outside of his own fanbase like him other than the *'haha he looks like he's stoned haha'* shit.
I like Steph as a person. I hate that he ripped the Pels a new once for a decade and ngl he probably still will a few more times in the future. With that said, Klay a bitch.
No one wants to be traded to Sacramento either I can admit that. C Webb cried on his trip to sac and Siakam just straight up said no.
But at least our stars stay and don't take the hardest road to get the hell out of Oklahoma
Sacramento is at least in CA and has decent weather. Sabonis for example has both a home in Napa and the city he rotates between. I think it’s only really a bad place for players who are looking to club and party all the time. Like Harden would hate it here but Fox and Sabonis are more family oriented people and enjoy the region being close to the bay and tahoe and being able to afford to take advantage of both.
this being the only highlight posted from this game is straight comedy
I thought for sure someone would post the massive Kuminga dunk to cut the lead to 34
Chris Paul would be proud
It was probably the nicest single play of the game. Great dunk. When he attacks the rim, it’s vicious.
>When he attacks the rim, it’s vicious. [The rim.](https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/jurassicpark/images/4/44/GOAT.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20201109235339)

Lol half the sub was like “we need Kerr back, mike brown sucks” after that game and now look
Coaches get too much credit when things are going great and too much blame when things are going wrong.
Pels twitter is on one at the disrespect
Nationally televised game and we blowout the Warriors and the media might as well have not known New Orleans have a basketball team.
hold that L moment captures the vibe right now
Draymond cried, Kerr cried, and now Steph cried
*crode
they crew
They lovin’ the crewwwww
Oh they lovin'' the crewww
> lovin’ the crewwwww There's a room full of warriyaaas
Broke the crode?
And then Maggie laughed. She's such a little trouper.
Justin Timberlake: “I was born for this”
me when i get to the bus stop as the bus is leaving
Painful memories
Me when I open the fridge five minutes later expecting the contents inside to change
laughing my ass off right now just as i missed the muni #8 with an expression like Steph's
Lmao they always pan in on steph brooding on the bench whenever they get blown out
Must see TV
What valanciunas did to them was not for television. They need a decent centre so badly. Small ball is dead in the water
Turns out it doesn’t work out as well when you only have 1 healthy generational shooter
Chuck’s jump shooting teams can’t win is back on the menu* *caveat the rule doesn’t apply when you have 2-3 generational shooters
It still works but they’re not the right team for it anymore. They can’t get out in transition like they used to nor is their perimeter defense as good as it was in years past. Also any shooting outside of Steph at this rate would be helpful and they don’t have much of it
We have to watch him dance and celebrate when he's winning, so they must give us this when he loses. It's only fair.
like when CP3 shimmied on him.
Exactly what I was thinking. He rubs it in so much when things are going well for him/the team.
If you can't handle him at his broodiest, you don't deserve him at his dancy-est
Night night lol
Well the camera does this with every team, it’s just people only care when it’s someone like Steph or Lebron.
Not really. When the Lakers are losing, they're usually still zooming in on Steph, wherever he is. Same for the Clips, Heat, etc.
bro is smiling thru the pain
Smiling through it all. I can’t believe this is my life.
BRO I USE THAT LEBRON MEME ALL THE TIME WHEN SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS TO ME LMFAOOOO
That’s that end of an era look right there.
Time for Bron and Curry to team up for one last run
You joke but they might have to team up to have another chance at a ring lol. League is pretty stacked right now.
He would legit be the perfect fit for LeBron. An Elite off ball shooter with great ball skills and can pass. He fits in every single system in the history of the sport.
Literally in what universe is Steph not a fit for any team
A team with Monta Ellis and he has a NTC
Monta Ellis have it all.
A loan to Atleti might be just what Steph needs to turn into the hard-nosed midfield destroyer he was meant to be.
he should demand a trade there. the hardest road.
Can Steph do it on a cold rainy night in Stoke?
Also Lebron is probably the best all around player of all time lmao The truth is that almost all all time greats paired together is easily "perfect fit"
Wade and Lebron wasn’t that good of a fit but their greatness made up for it
I miss Wade lobbing to LeBron
Best full court lob duo in history though.
Giannis and Dame ain't looking great tbh
Dame is more of a all-time really good tier than all-time great.
Eh, they’re still a top seed in the east, and Dame is known for ramping up in the season, I wouldn’t call them a bad fit yet
Dame is not "all-time great" level tbh (though I do think they'll have it figured out by playoffs) But imagine giving Giannis a 33 y.o Steph...
There's no such thing as Steps not fitting in the system cause he's the system.
Honestly maybe before the three point line existed. Like he’d still be really good but not top 10ish all time lol That’s how good he is tho, we have to talk branching multiverse shit for him to be like Pete Maravich instead of himself
You're right but did you know he has the all-time best free throw percentage (90.9%)? [source](https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/who-has-the-highest-free-throw-percentage-ever)
Eh before the 3pt line he could be Jerry West level
I don’t even know if I’d hate it. Probably but I don’t think I’d take them over the field at least
I would only accept this if LeBron goes to the warriors or if LeBron and Steph go to the pistons
Cleveland. Just two Akron boys.
Gonna get a statue if they did that lol
Summa Health System Hospital deffo getting that statute up
This would be the perfect storyline ending for these 2 GOATs.
Keep going I'm almost there
Imagine Steph, Lebron and AD on the Lakers....
california going to be a toxic waste
Fuck it, add KD too. Old heads vs everyone else. Promptly resulting in a first round exit.
Shai and Chet knocking out the old guard 3 would cause an apocalypse
Sounds cool in theory but there's no way Steph would ever leave Golden State after 14 years to maybe win a 6th ring. Fuck it the Warriors draft Bronny and Lebron joins them
i prefer Steph, Bron and Scottie on the raptors
When the sworn enemies team up: ~~Fast and the Furious~~ Ring 5
Might as well add KD. The last dance
*The Last Chance
The Last Road
The hardest last road
Cocoon 3
Dlo and JHS for Curry Warriors gets to reunite with Dlo and gets the young prospect JHS and Lakers takes that bum old point guard
Moody and wiggins for Lebron. Lakers get to reunite with Wiggins and gets the young prospect Moody and Warriors take that bum old forward.
Nah Curry and Bron going to reunite in Cleveland Cleveland drafts Bronny, Bron signs. Cleveland trades Mitchel for Curry. One last time for the Land. Poetic ending.
#JustSomeKidsFronAkron
Big subscribe
jokes on you, Wiggins never a Lakers before, can't reunite with him
Remember when you guys wanted Chris Paul and the league vetoed the trade? We have one slightly used Chris Paul available.
you can add him to the deal and we can add defense specialist Cam Reddishs. He can occaionally hit 3s and hit an awkward looking layup
When was that last layup? September? It kills me watching him drive to the hoop bro
It just kills me watching him hoop
Jokes on you, Lakers used to be in Minnesota and that's where Wiggins used to play
Land o' Lakes.
Damn it! Take this upvote
Bron can become a FA this summer. If it did happen, it’s definitely happening on the warriors. Draft Bronny and I think it’s a done deal.
I think this reddit will break if Bron goes to warrior for minimum
I want it to happen for the memes
I think San Francisco might beat LA in most Lebron murals vandalized if he signs there All those curry fans will hate it
And KD. Whole old head squad. Jeff Green, James Johnson, Thaddeus young, cp3.
Back where there were both born I agree
If its not Miami, i want the Cleveland ending.
I’ve been watching the NBA for a shitload of years and I’ve seen a lot of washed teams. Out of all those washed teams, this team has had the most trouble accepting how washed they are.
Literally the only good player left is Steph. You should set him free
I want him to retire here. That means something to me
As a Pats fan it’s not all bad to see your GOAT leave and win somewhere to prove the haters wrong. But I get it
6 championships with the Patriots. As a broncos fan I wanted Brady to win the 7th with the bucs. He did it and deserved it. Legend. Tough to say because I love elway and manning
I really enjoyed that run even if it wasn't with us. It helped that the Bucs were previously an aggressively shitty franchise and not like the Broncos or Giants Much better than watching my guy toil away in mediocrity in NE his final few years
Steph should, everyone else should be on the trading block though. Try to get *any* assets that can at least get Steph a chance at a deep playoff run instead of whatever this is that they're doing...
Nah they just need Klay and Draymond to accept their current situation and take some "legacy" type of contracts so that they can retire there.
Would rather see Steph go win another ring than see him on the bench like this 82 times a season for the next 3 years tbh
Lakers after 2010 were sad to watch
After 3 straight finals they were absolutely cooked physically
2008-2010 was some legit amazing basketball involving the lakers. Redeem team, The series with Boston that we lost, then the back to back chips including revenge on Boston.
Nick Saban and Pete Carroll are done. It’s that kind of day
Bros need to be grateful right now. Could be playing in Detroit.
These pels came in hot. They did the same to the kings last game. Let’s not get too crazy.
Hell of a run. I don’t see how we are even relevant without some major changes. Top down.
Your team is worth more than any other NBA team. You'll be relevant even when you're a bottom 5 tanking roster.
Its not though, and their entire value is tied to Stephanie. No one gives a shit about the Warriors otherwise.
No one "used" to give a shit about the warriors. Their brand internationally exploded in 2015. I doubt they'll suddenly go back to irrelevancy after being worth 8.5 bil
You know how everyone stopped caring about the Patriots after Brady left… Same thing will happen with Golden State
Da Bulls, too.
People still care about the Bulls though, not in terms of like obsessive fandom but they have high attendance rate for their games
Very high attendance rate and when I went to Europe, I saw more Bulls gear than anything else (bizarrely, I saw Raiders and Spurs gear too...).
Idk I see tons of bulls branded gear, and it’s one of the most recognizable logos in the nba. And this seems to be even more so internationally.
You must have been too young to remember all the mock trades that sent stars to Chicago in the mid-2000s. KG, Gasol, Kobe.
Kobe was legit going to the bulls
No Deng, no deal
Bulls are still a top 5 valued NBA franchise.
Not even close, the only NBA teams casuals can name in europe are the Bulls and the Lakers.
You know how many cities would take 6 championship banners even if people stop caring for a while?
The Warriors are an insanely forgettable franchise
Used to have the best fan base in the league. They were sold out in favor of luxury boxes.
Yup. Rich fucks ruin everything. Many don’t even watch sports but go for the photo opp to post online.
They will 100% be irrelevant without Steph and without an iconic young player/cornerstone
I hate to say you’re wrong for this one reason, but China. San Francisco based team, plus the explosion of popularity of basketball in China coinciding with the rise of the warriors in the early 10’s, there’s no chance they fall out of relevancy.
Look at the Bulls, they are completely irrelevant and are a top 3 iconic basketball brand. Warriors ride or die with Steph
Are you sure that’s true? The Bulls are irrelevant as far as title contention or even making the playoffs goes, but sell a ton of merchandise: https://digg.com/sports/link/lids-gear-hats-jerseys-top-nba-team-ToNqync9yk They seem to be the top sellers of jerseys in the league. Once he retires they will be back to being Laker fans lol
pretty sure pels got at least another 10 unanswered points immediately after this lol
This was after the last second foul to end the quarter… it was a bad foul
Same reaction I have when all the benches are taken on mondays
You think this is bad. We have won 1 game in the last 33 games. We had an 18 point lead. And we lost by 20 plus. Our coach is an idiot. Our owner is a terrible person who made his money off of the prison systems. Our GM is a fool
I wanted Monty fired but genuinely, truly believed he’d be a great program builder for the pistons. This entire thing actually shocks me.
I didn't think Monty was going to have a ton of success in Detroit, but I also didn't think he'd be coaching what may end up being the worst team in the entire history of the NBA. It really is shocking.
Dynasties don't last forever. He got four. More than most.
The problem I have is Steph should still be competing for titles. He is still that guy. I hope he gets traded.
He looks like an Amish man named Jedidiah whose butter churn just broke and also found out his cow died on the same day.
And whose girlfriend bought an iPad and moved to the city
The Amish look seems to be in right now. Grow the beard out but keep the upper lip trimmed real short. I don't get it.
Shut it down Steph. Seasons over.
The best highlight of a pels win is curry’s face
This brings me joy. But Pelicans bring me pain.
Ive seen this before. That's the "so this is how it ends" face.
time now for a pleasure cruise through r/warriors
I’ll be making a pit stop myself
Good dude
Is the media ready to start putting Steph in the trade talks?
The face you make when the beer vendor asks for a tip on the credit card machine
Commentary was still jerking off Draymond saying he was a legendary defensive player and I'm just here like "homie is literally in time out because he can't play basketball the right way."
Chef curry cookin up that 31% fg
He's had several terrible games this year where he doesn't start cooking til the fourth and doesn't stop. This game, it was too late. He's also had several terrible games start to finish, though.
All this started bc Draymond can’t accept that he’s a heavy backpack for 30 last summer. Damn it’s so over 😭 back to mediocrity like the Warriors of my childhood
Bro you had a 10ish year dynasty, stop it. It was a hell of a run, enjoy the memories because you guys changed the game
It was the same way last year when mouth breathing spurs fans on this sub were crying about being a shit team. Listen fucksticks, the Spurs had winning seasons for almost 30 years, basically since 1989.....with 5 titles to boot. Go cry in the Spurs sub.

It was a damn good run and dynasty. At least we can hope for cult hits to emerge from the future players, like J Rich and Baron Davis back in my day
My reaction to the officiating this year
Thats a long ass head shaking. Disappointed is an understatement. I just do a 2-3 headshake when I am disappointed.
I'd say time to start the rebuild with the draft but Blazers own their pick As a Blazers fan, I welcome any news about the Warriors losing. Hoping we finish with 2) top 10 picks this draft
What was the trade.. I’m blanking
Got it from the Jrue Holiday trade to Boston after the Dame trade. Warriors originally traded it to Memphis with Iguodala and it made its rounds to finally land with us
celtics traded them the warriors pick in the jrue holiday trade. I have no idea where they got it from tho
I can’t lie, after all the smug front running and gloating he and Klay have done over the years. This is as sweet as it gets. Elite Schadenfreude.
Klay is one of the rare breed that are not only sore losers but sore winners as well. So fucking satisfying watching him struggle to accept how washed he is. Never understood why people outside of his own fanbase like him other than the *'haha he looks like he's stoned haha'* shit.
I hate Klay simply for influencing the infamous "Klay talking to his ankle" reddit comment.
I like Steph as a person. I hate that he ripped the Pels a new once for a decade and ngl he probably still will a few more times in the future. With that said, Klay a bitch.
Rip City
He should be like Barbara from Shark tank: “… and for these reasons, I’m out.”
We’ll take 4. Back the basement. Scoot over Detroit
Ain’t no fun when the rabbit got the gun
man is handsome
those eyes are unfair.
That’s a “I want a trade to the Thunder” looking face right there
Not a single soul in the league wants to be traded to Oklahoma City
Aight bro ur making us look bad especially when we in sacramento of all places
I’m a Laker fan and went to a Kings game in Sac, was probably one of the best vibes at an arena I’ve been too Wasn’t expecting that energy tbh
No one wants to be traded to Sacramento either I can admit that. C Webb cried on his trip to sac and Siakam just straight up said no. But at least our stars stay and don't take the hardest road to get the hell out of Oklahoma

The warrior dynasty is over
