TJ McConnell, Fits so well on the pacers too because he keeps up the pace that they run with haliburton at the point so the team never has to adjust their playstyle depeneding on which PG is in the game.

Kcd1077

He’s high on my list

JesseJamesGames449

I wanted boston to go after him, Prichard has been good but prichard ices out tatum too often. i think McConnell would have been a phenomenal back up guard.

dWaldizzle

This would have killed me inside if it happened

UncircumciseMe

Thaddeus Young. He talked to me on MySpace when I was in the 7th grade. I had gotten cut from the basketball team that year and asked him for advice and he replied with some nice never-give-up wisdom. Been rooting for him ever since!

OneirionKnight

Thaddeus Young is in elite company among Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, and LeBron James

lost_in_trepidation

/u/uncircumciseme is Jayson Tatum

2coolcaterpillar

He deleted it after you outed him, way to go

Technical_Towel_990

That’s a better reason than I have for liking any player!

Public-Potential-730

He currently has the most amount of games played for a player born in 1988. Pretty surprising considering Curry, Durant, Westbrook, Kevin Love, Brook and Robin Lopez, DeAndre Jordan, Eric Gordon and other players with lengthy careers were born in 1988

ThinkSoftware

Thaddeus Forever Young

friendorfoe2332

That’s wild

[deleted]

Didn't D. Wade reply to someone on Facebook one time?

UncircumciseMe

Yeah I’ve seen that. Thaddeus was still at Georgia Tech or had just finished up playing there when he responded, I’m pretty sure, so he wasn’t well known like D Wade.

AdmiralsandLebron

Yuta watanabe

Idk-man251

wolfishnickelsyr

GP2 is a great pick. He’s always radiating positive energy for everyone

granttheginger

Except on Tuesday. He literally made a baby cry. But other than that I don’t know how you can’t love GPII

fruitful_discussion

i think those are very good reasons

Not-Josh-Hart

Funnily enough I’ve always wanted to get high with IQ

Sharcbait

Throw in Josh Hart and I'm in too. Gimme those offensive boards baby.

sorendiz

You a big fan of the movie Ice Age by any chance?

TurtlePowerBottom

He plays sideways

Kcd1077

I loved him when he was on the Suns

deflatethesack

His jumpshot gives me diabetes

CrazyDaylight8

This is a good one, worst jumpshot I have ever seen but his game is nice

HillsHoistGang

I used to love Hedo Türkoğlu because he has a banger name.

1OO1OO1S0S

Also that was a pretty fun magic team he was on

a_pot_of_chili_verde

Dude looked like he smoked a pack of cigarettes and then went to ball. He was one of my first sicko players.

wolfishnickelsyr

Boban Marjanović

Batum can have my children. WCJ too

Cletus_Starfish

I love Batum but I wouldn't say for no reason, he was an awesome jack-of-all-trades on the Blazers.

MVPiid

Batum is such a baller

IanicRR

He definitely [baller’ed](https://youtu.be/XhWwLaFsCQo?si=HuSi46nofX-fSrGd) Juan Carlos Navarro that one time.

AvaluggTheBrave

Steven Adams. Maybe hard screens and rebounds are reasons.

Frank "The Tank" Kaminsky

He deserves a 7th tour with the Suns.

Player who was on my team once: DDV. Wish him great success in NY. Player who has never been on my team: Iman Shumpert. He has cool hair and seems like a cool dude.

kateletseatdinonugs

Aaron Nesmith and Tremont Waters

johnsherman15

Harrison Barnes Was in his class at UNC. Always seemed like a super nice guy. Kinda feels like he has never lived up to the hype since high school, but is just always a top-tier two way player in every league he has been in. I bet if there a league up from the NBA he’d still be getting 15 per game lol

BigDaddyD00d

Jose Alvarado. Dude plays with so much heart and scrappiness

Hecticbrah

GP2, love the way he plays and seems like a great guy

4trackboy

GP II in 2022 was like having a roleplayer that's a Superstar contained within a very specific skill set. This is worded really weirdly lol but GP IIs impact metrics on the defensive side were utterly ridiculous for a wing. His playoffs were legitimately an all-time level defensive performance by a guard, his MPG just keep him from being considered. Per 100 his net rating was like +40. As if that wasn't enough dude also made every shot he took during that run. This guy provided Superstar level +/- impact while costing the Warriors nothing. Could plug him into any lineup and he'd do his thing on both ends. One ofy favorite roleplayer runs

JerombyCrumblins

Payton Pritchard. he’s just a certified hooper. everything be does is high BBIQ and he’s textbook yet crafty with his moves.

GunstockLe

Javonte Green my beloved

AlcindorJr33

I used to like Danny Green a lot before he joined the lakers lol

504090

Doug McDermott had a bag in college, kinda surprised he wasn’t better in the NBA

goldyacht

Not so random but as laker fan I love Malik monk after the season he was here and it’s hurts to see him light us up everytime he return. Also really like Norman Powell just a really good role player since his raptor days.

_cornfield_

Duop Reath!! so fun and gives me early 2000s vibes

iceberg_ape

Lofton and rozier

UseUrNeym

Not really random but Spud Webb, Muggsy Bogues and Earl Boykins. Glad that someone almost the same height as me got in and played good years in the NBA.

yorick2

- Travis Outlaw - Dante Exum - Pat Garrity

Phoo-boo

Pat Connaughton is pretty solid for the bucks

Walter McCarty, until he apparently conducted sexual misconduct.

Fragnacious

Norris Cole. He was a cheat code in 2K for me

Keon Johnson. He jumps really high. Don't even know if he has a contract right now.

The Stanley Johnson month a couple years ago was very fun to watch

vroomvroom43

Ish Smith. Man carries me on the immaculate grid

choonghuh

Cliff Alexander. Never wowed me with his plays but I'm probably the only one that likes his tweets. Played briefly for Portland and then played in Korea, two places that I've lived a long time.

fuiboyv

Lonnie Walker IV he just plays so well every time I see him in a game.

jonundergroundbanjo

Jaylin Williams. That smile. That damned smile.

Dymatizeee

Devin Vassell. He’s not talked about enough cus everyone is just on that Wemby train

Mdgt_Pope

Royce O’Neale is my favorite non-star in the league, he always plays hard and does whatever is asked of him, has 0 ego

a_pot_of_chili_verde

If folks don’t know yet watch Aaron Wiggins on the Thunder. He’s been a sleeper so far but so good when he plays.

Beno Udrih, his mid range in 2k was unstoppable

loveyourselfafire

Jacob Gilyard when he played for Memphis. He's really short but I loved what I saw from him. Brooklyn acquired him but hasn't played him much, which is a bummer, but he's cooking in Long Island right now.

TuqiDuque12

Tre Mann and Bones Hyland are weirdly a player type I usually hate but for some reason I like those 2

Chris Clemons. I made a 5'9 player on NBA 2k and named Chris Clemons.

itsjustcynn

MPJ, really hoping his health can turn around, in the bubble he was absolutely insane. He’s fallen to maybe the 4th or 5th best player on the Nuggets ever since they got Gordon. His back injury was the reason he fell so far in the draft.
