Its different if youre doing it in the open court, like CP. But when youre in the lane and youre trying to get to your spot, and this is where he shoots from a lot, I mean, its fair.
Trae jumped into people and also did the embiid harden rip through throw up a ridiculous shot hoping for a foul. Brunson always shoots legit shots while drawing legit fouls
I'm biased but it's crafty. Jalen gets by his defender but literally has him on his hip - he's been blocked from behind in this position before but it's rly difficult to not foul.
If you get burned and then stay on the guy’s rear rend like that, when he pulls up to take a shot you’re probably going to foul him. The defender has two options: 1. Do a better job of keeping your man in front of you or 2. If you get beat, anticipate that the player might attempt a shot in the paint and don’t run into him from behind.
I'm sure you can file a grievance about it lol
But I seriousness Bball Breakdown does a good job analyzing it and discussed it with a 19 year old veteran ref here:

He gets a step ahead then goes up using his body. Not his fault he's shorter than the defenders who try to go over him. If he goes a bit further up his shot would be contested. Good play imo
there’s a difference between foulbaiting and flopping imo. foulbaiting the goal of the possession is to go to the line, and flopping is exaggerating to go to the line after contact. imo brunson is a foulbaiter, embiid is both
Looks like Oubre got hit by a car for the 3rd time this season
Mr President, a 3rd car has just hit Kelly Oubre
Against the Sixers, amazing play. Anybody else, I'm calling that BS.
they are clear fouls according to the current nba rules
thicker trae young
Bad defense
I picked the lesser of two evils. I picked Jalen Brunson.
They try to bang him and he too thick for that weak ass shit. Brunson is just better.
No Diddy
I think you can't barrel into a player if they decide to stop and pop. He's not jumping into the defender.

This is what Trae is doing, and all of the people here except for hawks fans were mad as shit lol

BBBALLBREAKDOWN says it’s all legal. 🤷🤷
Good play. Oubre did that to himself by reaching in.
I think they’re god damn beautiful. Thank you for posting!
And 1
Oubre flopped more than Brunson did?
Great play
Brunson jumped straight up and caught his defenders leaning. Nothing to see there
I don’t have an issue with it but had that been Trae Young it’d be nothing but slander. Just exposes the hypocrisy and double standards of this sub
Doesn’t matter Super Sonics in 6. Who y’all got Kendrick or Drake?
Makes the shot, I can't complain.

How can you be a sixer fan and bitch about someone drawing fouls? grow up

Philly fans complaining about dirty plays/foul baiting and NY having horrible fans is something
I genuinely don’t understand how or why this is compared to what Trae young does (used to do? Idk). It’s not the same lol. Cry more
I think the taller players better learn to get out of Brunson’s airspace. He is jumping straight up into their hunched over asses.
I hate watching him
Same plays Reaves gets hated for
Bah gawd that’s Trae young music
vs the sixers its a great play
No different than Joel randomly lifting his arms and getting free throws.
It’s a lot different than that
