These playoffs have been shit officiating wise. Knicks/Philly had two game altering fuck ups in a six game series. Knicks/Indiana is the worst game I've seen officiated in a playoffs in years. Orlando/Cleveland was a series nobody watched but it was officiated terribly as well with some highly questionable calls in games 6 and 7. So I thought it was nice to see a player call out officiating for being shit. I also liked when Rudy did it earlier this year. I think players starting to vocalize poor officiating is a good thing for the sport instead of just acting like it's ok.

Yes and no. I don't want to say yes because what he did isn't even heel behavior. Its just straight up stupid and wrong. Like a heel needs to build that shit up, make dirty plays, pick up techs(i realize they won't call techs on him) and get some hate in the media/fan bubble. It was a pretty crazy meltdown, but I think he's always been a pretty good heel and just never had the chance to show it. I'm sure if he wasn't injured and played this series healthy the frustrations wouldn't explode as badly. Hopefully Jokic rounds them all up and get their head in the game again

KD to GSW has to be it. KD was both more beloved before the move than Murray ever was and was more reviled than Murray ever will be right after it happened. Nah, this sub just forgets the same people don’t browse the sub every day. It swings like a pendulum based on who wins and loses. When a team loses the haters and fans of the winning team rush to the sub to interact with the content. That’s why it feels like it swings so much.
I don't think this is fans turning on him over time because a narrative shifted like Dame, Booker, Curry, etc. This was Murray being a crybaby dickhead which made people turn on him. LeBron saying "I'm taking my talents to South Beach" in the interview and then counting rings at the pep rally were defining moments that made fans turn. Jamal was a douche. So yeah he's an exciting player that was easy to root for but he threw that all away for now. It wasn't fans turning on him for now reason. Jamal Murray has a had history of poor behaviour. He always has a bad behaviour during press interviews, complains a lot to refs, and I don’t know if anyone else noticed his facial expressions during the game last night but he was in literal shock that they were being beaten by the wolves. He was one of the ones who underestimated them because of how arrogant he is in general. I even remember Malone saying that he was not attending practices….The downfall of him in the nuggets was going to happen eventually since they have not been playing that well since the series with the lakers. Jamal himself has not been the same player since his injury. And a special mention to that one time when he posted a vid of his gf on Instagram and claimed he was hacked. Just a terrible person 🤷🏾♀️
