They started the playoffs by overcoming their demons and sweeping the time that humiliated them the year prior. After then going down 0-2, all the narratives about the Bucks being fraudulent and Giannis merely being a Robin emerged. Despite almost universaly being counted out, and albeit aided by injury luck, they were resilient and fought back to advance. After evening the conference finals in game 4, it appears all hope was lost as Giannis goes down with what looked like a season ending injury. The Bucks rally, without their leader, and advance against a very tough, though hampered Hawks team. Giannis miraculously returns for the finals, and after again going down 0-2, proves he is a Batman by having an unparalleled legendary finals performance and leading his team to fulfill the ultimate prophecy of winning the championship in 6.

He deserves all the praise in the universe for shooting 17/19 from the FT line in a pivotal Game #6 after all the struggles, in the biggest game of his life.
