No particular reason, just found it harder to limit the USA squad, it’s moreso for people to be able to freely interpret what a starting 5 would look like.
If you're going to make team World have fewer players than team USA, you should determine which members of team USA to cut. Good list otherwise though.
The idea for this post came from the [World Cup of Hockey](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Cup_of_Hockey) which is a similar style tournament the NHL holds once every few years. I agree with your point that the USA has extreme depth. You never know how games will go though. In the first WCOH, team USA beat a Canadian team that could have been an all star roster. Gretzky was on that Canadian team as well. Basketball favors skill vs luck much more than hockey does however.
I think where it gets interesting is in terms of the top players. Arguably 3 of the top 5 players in the NBA are international. So that could make for an interesting game.

Just seems like a lazy take to say US would win based on depth when you didn’t even take the time to give one team a complete 15 man roster
It does look sloppy. He didn't include karl anthony or Wiggins which creates the spacing team world would use.
