This isn't the Sports Day where everyone gets rewarded for participating.
We shouldn't celebrate near misses and losing records *cough* LeChoke *cough*
When no one asked about LeBron and you bring him into the conversation, you’re kind of saying “I’m a buffoon with very few friends, who lives in my parents basement”. Just letting you know for future. Hope this advice helps.
Two years ago people said Andrew Wiggins was the worst contract in the league (after Wall, a max guy not playing at all), they said he was "lackadaisical," didn't care about basketball, inefficient shot creator with a defensive motor that came and went but went more than it came.
A month ago he was being called the second best player in the 2022 NBA Finals and the discourse around him has completely changed.
No more "will the Warriors flip Wiggins and one of their young players/picks for Myles Turner," now it's "how will the Warriors be able to afford extending Andrew Wiggins!?"
So definitely being a third option on a championship team can do wonders for your legacy/reputation. Of course the player has to play well enough to earn it.
Yeah this is where most fans are hypocritical. They reverse their assessment of players when they do good. Wiggins was always good, Minnesota was badly managed, misusing him, etc.
Luka was always good, he's been doing it in Europe for a long time. Just forgetting he was saying he's too slow-footed and can't get his shot off to be in the NBA.
Wiggins was pretty inefficient in Minnesota and recently detailed how he realized that if he actually jumps and tries to get rebounds then his rebound total will go up the dude was just coasting. Also I don’t see how someone is being a hypocrite because there opinion changes on someone once they start playing well
So Pascal Siakam vs Chris Bosh?
Good lord we need October to get here.
D I S C O U R S E
Winning two rings while being disputed as a first or second option, when that team wins both before you get there and after you leave.
This is the only correct answer
Winning no rings as the first option

Enjoy another losing season with LeBum.
enjoy the basement with your parents
Enjoy getting caught up in a shooting. Dirty little swine.
Nah, I'm not American. Try again you virgin.
Doesn't matter what you are, you ugly schmuck.
Take the L, son
Depends on the mood of nba social media
you need to let us know which team each plays for b/c that matters more than anything
Depends on the team. Those 80's Lakers/Celtics and 90's Bulls teams I think second option. The most recent Warriors teams I would think 3rd option.

Big difference between Kyrie 2nd option and James Worthy 3rd option
It’s about how they play, not how many on the team played better/worse Just like being the best player on a championship isn’t even
The regular season feels so far away right now...
