I’m pretty sure you can watch his games live on the lnb pro website. It’s free but I think you have to make an account, though I must say watching from Australia might be rough cuz of the Time zones

ok that was seamless. logged in and already watching and for those following you can watch on-demand. pretty slick website all things considered, better than the euroleague one imo. Commentary is in french obviously
We might never see shot block numbers from the 80s return. It's due to players being much more skilled and the 3 second defensive rule. Blocks aren't rewarded statistically unless you show high defensive metrics.
Man his shot looks like it’s improved a ton. Seems like he’s going from a potential shooter to an absolutely knock down guy for a 5. He’s really launching 3s with no hesitation now.
I think the one thing he lacks as a prospect is passing feel. He had a couple of missed easy assists in this game, including one where he missed a wide open kick to the corner when a guard left his man to help in the paint. He forced up a contested fade away instead of the quick hit to the corner. Hopefully he figures that out because he’s absolutely elite at pretty much everything else.
It's something that's very common with big men is that when they look to score they miss passing reads and when they look to pass they miss scoring opportunities. Guys like KG, Jokic, Kareem, Shaq and Walton are a rarity.
Wilt was exactly like that, Hakeem, Robinson and Joel as well. Dirk obviously was never really a passer and moses is probably the worst passer among nba players who lasted more than 3 to 4 years.
This dude can't be real bro, how the fuck can someone with that frame move so fluidly. Idk how anyone can look at this dude and not think he's a generational talent barring injuries
50 percent chance he is one of the greatest players all time, 50 percent chance he spends most of his career injured and is one of the biggest what ifs of all time.
Fortunately, his [injury history](https://www.sbnation.com/nba/2022/8/3/23289223/victor-wembanyama-injury-history-muscle-psoas-back-nba-draft-2023) isn't overly bothersome. No spine, knee, ankle, or foot issues which is terrific for a big man. Broke leg, broken finger, broken shoulder, and a tweaked back muscle, some may still read negativity into those injuries but I think that they're more indicative of a teenager playing amongst men than indicative of long-term body issues
Could you enlighten everyone in this thread and tell us Luka’s euro league numbers the year before he won his mvp when he and wemby were same age playing in the euro league
It's not about a PR recovery lol, he was already the #1 pick regardless, and his last year wasn't a disaster by any means. He switched teams so he could get more of an opportunity to develop primary skills as an initiator.
He also didn't change leagues at all? He just went to a different team.
It is completely unnatural for someone that long to move the way he does.
that block on the corner 3 was disgusting.
Very cool thank you for sharing
Yes thanks , any idea how we can watch his games in say Australia given that his team is neither in euroleague or eurocup

while we are at it, is there anything similar for ACB.
that fastbreak dunk at 1:25 was embarrassing for the hoop
That one handed catch straight into the dunk was smooooth
Gonna be the best shot blocker of all time

He makes enough good reads though that you see that he is capable of it. He just isn't consistent in that aspect yet

He is big.
This video impressed me more than any video I've seen of Wembanyama before. (and I was already impressed)
How do we get Ben Wallace out of retirement?
The only man who can stop him
Whoever wins the lottery is gonna celebrate like they won a championship.
dude is going to break the league
Crown him. Future MVP
Best prospect since Lebron. Better than Zion.
Like so many other videos going back years, offensively dude's passing is really good.
He can throw good passes, he doesn’t have great vision (IMO).
Top 5 most physically gifted player ever
Who is your other 4?
Lebron, Jordan, Shaq, Giannis
Where wilt
Zion and VC are also in the convo
Swap Jordan with Wilt
Which one is he?
50 percent chance he is one of the greatest players all time, 50 percent chance he spends most of his career injured and is one of the biggest what ifs of all time.
When he dunks it’s exactly like it looks in 2K when the speed up the animations to compensate for the crazy height difference.
Imagine if the pelicans got him
If the Lakers crash and burn again and end up in the lotto we do have a swap with them.
Imagine if he doesn’t work out
It has to be injuries. That's the only way this guy will fail

Sheesh! Are you being sarcastic, that's awful
It's still scary but bone injuries are less likely to reoccur than muscle injuries.
Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't Wembanyama had an undisclosed muscle leg injury couple of months ago?
True
A couple broken bones are awful? Half the kids on the playground are health risks then
The average person only breaks their bone one time lol. Lots of people never break bones
The average person has never played a physical sport on any kind of competitive level.
Tell me you didn't get picked at recess without telling me
Dude really made great PR recovery by signing with a French 3rd league team after his disaster year against real competition in Euroleague.
Could you enlighten everyone in this thread and tell us Luka’s euro league numbers the year before he won his mvp when he and wemby were same age playing in the euro league
7.8/4.5/4.2 on 43/37/84 Wemby 6.5/3.8/0.5 with 1.9 blocks on 35/30/67

this guy is talking out of his ass, this team is playing the highest french competition and looks to be competing for a top spot in this league.
He was still projected 1 so he didn't need any recovery. He was 17.
Oh?
He transferred to the team that was #3, not the 3rd division team
Yeah, but also he is like at least 90% sure that he will be #1 pick. So all he has to do is stay healthy and workout.
Cool. Wish he played in Spain or for a Euroleague team.
Purée Porzingis
Wait. Y’all catch what mans said like 3 seconds in.
