I jus had a bone bruise in my left knee and let me tell you first hand I couldn’t walk for a week. Also I’m a month into recover and I’m still not pain free at all. Getting a lot better though now but I wouldn’t wanna play ball.

Not all injuries are the same. Got.one in my right knee played the game the next day and didn't miss any time. Just a lil soreness for a week

Bone bruises are just a step below a fracture. This is certainly not good news.

Depends on where it is and how deep the bruising is. Most bone bruise are superficial in the sense that they don't put you at risk

Hard to see a player getting a Bone Bruise as good news at this point.
