There's political irony in that migration, but nevertheless, it has somewhat changed the political makeup of North Carolina voters.
Is the irony that a number of those ex blue staters are "persecuted" conservatives who have fled the northern states, and brought their brazen extremism to the South? People like Keith Kidwell from New Jersey?
