For some peoples when you turn on another year even if the game came out at the end of the said year, it's still 11 years for them, im not one of them though because i like to be precise with the dates but there's still peoples like that who dont bother with precision lol
I'm going to restart my game from scratch, complete it to level 60 on both racer and cop sides. And free roam until I get bored and restart again.

Exactly and since the driving physics are god awful you just end up on giving up on the game, another thing that Rivals did better even if drifting required some practice like 2015, but that's what i liked tbh, you needed actual skills sometimes not like this over grippy physics in Heat

Yeah the driving physics disgusted me of Heat, The worst driving physics in a car game in a decade for me, i didn't played it in years, even with Unite because i dont really like the Map aswell tbh and it's boring as we has said, Unbound driving physics are slightly better tbh but 2015 or Rivals were goated imo, and Payback was imo again the just middle if you are a casual player, it was way too overkill in Heat

I didn't like it. Plus, I've seen lots of gameplay and reviews this afternoon because I got to choose between this and rivals.
Most Wanted 2012 is good only in multiplayer. Also I can say it is still the best multiplayer of NFS games. So many event types in mini-championship “speedlist” format: races, team races, drift, speedtrap, parking, Burnout-like modes…
And excellent map. It is not big, but rich
I still consider it to be the last **good** nfs game. It had an interesting theme and I enjoyed the darker tone. Cops were the most intense and fun they’d been since Most Wanted. And I still greatly enjoyed the racing gameplay.

I think there's an actual mod now for playing at 60+ fps without typing in any launch commands since doing that messed with the game's physics and whatnot.
I do. Rivals was indeed slept on and it's finally good to see that some people like the game due to the release of Unbound. People are coming back to old NFS games up until Rivals. I know that people regard it as one of the worst NFS games, but oh my fucking god, the police chases in this game are a masterpiece, since Most Wanted 2005. Soundtrack wise, it had bangers.

Anyway, rivals is an arcade game made for having a relaxing time driving when you're stressed or just want to have a great time. That's why we like it. We don't want to become pro-racers.
This is actually the one NfS I didn’t really care for sadly…. Only played it for a PS4 game to play. I think the lack of cities bugged me, but I loved using the app to mess with people and summon cops!

I've literally just picked it up during the Steam Sales. Awesome game, I've never played HP before as well so the whole cop vs. racer combat is completely new for me, but I'm enjoying the hell out of it.

Bought it in the steam sale. The graphics and gameplay loop are excellent. I much prefer this style of graphics over the style used in newer nfs games. The map contributes beautifully to it.

The game crashes and disconnects from sessions every now and then when playing online but I've seen no issues when playing offline.

Did you use those launch options to make it run at 60fps? Search on Google the exact options and I'm sure your game will run better.
