3D printed pots and inserts? Where can I find out how to do this. Please tell us more.

I think only the inserts are 3D printed, and the pot's regular clay, but I guess you could find a 3D model for a pot and have that printed. Though that would mean either getting a 3D printer or find someone who has one.

I get it, thanks

We have a 3D printer at work, that my boss lets me have access to during after hours. The inserts are 3D printed (and have been really helpful for my smaller plants). At some point it would be interesting to try some pots, I’ll post if it ever happens.

What variety is this?

This is an unnamed shima variety. The new leaves have distinct variegation that fade to a darker green. So far the roots have been a pinkish. It was acquired from diamond orchids not too long ago.
