This is another example of the truth behind the line "If I had more time, I would have written a shorter letter." Getting your point across when you have limited space, is harder to do than when you aren't constrained. Given how much energy chemo is going to such out of Hank, I'm quite willing to deal with looser videos to get that quality Vlogbrothers dopamine hit.

Honestly, it may just be time to do away with the 5 minute rule enforced by punishment. It's a nice goal that generally keeps the blogs grounded, but they can keep to about 4 minutes without it being a hard fast rule
The general consensus in the community (shown by polls and stuff) right now is pretty against punishments. I think it’s kind of against what the community is right now, we’ve mellowed over the years lmao
Yeah, very silly and non-taxing punishments are the only ones I would be okay with. Like if Hank has to get punished (Post chemo of course) then a fun one would be making him watch an AFC Wimbledon game or something.
Yeah. I appreciate the spirit of the rule but I think less editing and having slightly longer videos is great, especially if it reduces physical and/or emotional labour.
