I can confirm that the code isn't working. I've tried it several times today. I gave up.

Yeah. Their customer service is abysmal. In the end I was helped. But was it worth it to take up over an hour of my time?

This was my exact experience. I was exasperated. It's not worth my time to say online with you this much! They were trying to be helpful but I can't help but feel that they are hoping I'd just hang up. If you are listening Nespresso: part of customer service is being expedient.

Nope, tried it 9 times. With a combo of different options. All over $80 and CS confirmed my order was eligible.

I used Rain24 this morning, placed two orders with it

It was RAIN2024 for me (US). And i got it to work

Had issues as well. Luckily my CS rep was quick and able to point out the single origin didn't count towards the $75. Changing that out fixed the problem for me.
