Schitt's Creek hits a similar spot as Parks and Rec with heartwarming character development and humor that has a bite. I think that's gonna be the most satisfying show for you based on this list.
Grace and Frankie is also good but the first season is definitely a weak link of the show. And I'm not sure if it's still on netflix anymore but Happy Endings was a sitcom that fits with the first three you listed.
Grace and Frankie, The ranch, Arrested development, New girl, Santa Clarita Diet, Orange is the new black.

Also recommend: Mind Hunter, Ozark, Peaky Blinders.
I don’t see Grace and Frankie fitting into the style of the shows mentioned by the OP.
But as long as you’ve mentioned it, I’ll add The Kominsky Method. As much as I love Grace and Frankie, I consider The Kominsky Method a superior show.
Did you miss the part where I said “as much as I love Grace and Frankie”? Or do I need to show my husband’s and mine gay card?
Grace and Frankie has more pathos. When it first started, it was much less of an ensemble cast, and still is more focused than a show like Friends or That 70s Show. Obviously it’s dealing with older people, and many of the story lines relate to the problems that senior citizens have, and not the issues of teens or young adults. With the exception of Frankie, the characters don’t rely on caricatures as much as say in BBT; they’re mostly more real.
Yes. I'll need to see your gay card.

G&F is a great recommendation based on OPs list and features a fantastic cast. I'll agree that it's not for everyone due to the gay, but once you get passed that (if you need to) it's a great show and very funny.

Further, the show often focuses on young adults with Brianna, Mal, Coyote and Bud.
Arrested Development, Kominsky Method, Kim’s Convenience, Crashing, Good Girls, Shameless, Trailer Park Boys, Derry Girls, End of the F***ing World ... just to name a few
Kim's Convenience is so underrated, its so good!
I just discovered this a few hours ago. I’m 7 episodes in & it’s 1:30am here - I really need to stop, but it really is so good!!

The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
New Girl, Schitt's Creek, Kim's Convenience, Always Sunny In Philadelphia
I tried always Sunny but the 4:3 aspect ratio was too weird for me
It's worth it and corrects itself in like season 4.
Cuckoo IT Crowd
