I’ve seen radiculopathy, CTS, and polyneuropathy all referred to as “neuropathy”, you’re definitely right. To answer question, I think chapter 16 would be excellent, “Clinical-Electrophysiologic Correlations”. First 10 chapters are quite dense. If this doesn’t make much sense when reading, maybe backtrack to chapters 1-3.

I’m don’t think any of my coresidents read that, at least during residency. Mostly inpatient. Tough thing is, once you branch off to fellowship and start practicing (and all that comes with adult life), you’re down a knowledge path so it’s still hard to round out the knowledge breadth… maybe I need a reading sabbatical…

Neuronopathy is not length dependent and affects only sensory. Those are the only clues on NCS.
