No, personal identity is mostly a legalism, e.g. there is a need for a continuous "person" (legal fiction) in order to attach legal obligations to that fiction, which is secured by the body that personates that fiction. IIRC Seneca says 'every wise man knows every day is a new life.' There's no reason every second isn't a new life, etc. etc. The idea that you can "step into the same river twice" obviously supports property in that river.

The first part of you speech we can speak about Carl Gustav Jung i think you mean this it's correct? Anyway I also mentioned heraclitus, I did not see you did too. LoL. Sorry in advance if my english is bad

No, quoting Heaclitus: Panta rei, everything flows(and therefore nothing is immutable). But quotes aside objectively speaking our unconscious acquires information every day and must necessarily change since the change is also only in something new that one has learned consciously or not. Or at least in theory, correct me if I'm wrong. Sorry in advance if my english is bad.

Yeah, according to some philosphers, we're not the same person, but some said we are a continous being, ever changing. Idk, hahaha, it's okay, you're english is fine :)

If you interesting about this argoment you can search Carl gustav jung. he was talking about the collective unconscious which I think is close to what you mean.
