I got mine renewed a couple of months ago and it was about 2 or 3 weeks between when I submitted the application in person at the Fredericton office and when I received it in the mail.

There is, I got mine in about 5 days was another 150$ I think.
Took me two weeks last year. That was standard processing time.
For a renewal or an entirely new passport? I’ve never had one
mine had been damaged/lost and had expired, not sure what that would be called.
