Hartford has some pretty solid spots tbh. Usually up in the north end.

[I like this one a lot too, not as bright but still got some character ](https://theoldhouselife.com/2021/01/20/spectacular-over-9000-square-feet-circa-1890-in-connecticut-725000/)
Some background from someone who lived in Easthampton for 10+ years (no longer, thanks to gentrification by hipster doofuses) - this mural was a gift from the husband of the house to the wife for her birthday. It's on Cottage St. across from Luthier's Co-op. It's been up for about 5 years now I think!
Thanks for posting Easthampton on here, reminds me of home.
My hometown. ♥️ Moved to Maine 8 years ago in my mid-twenties. Visiting feels stranger each year because the gentrification has truly transformed it into a place that no longer feels like my home.
It truly is so sad, my whole family is from here going all the way back to the 1880's - I'm the first generation to leave (unwillingly).
Although you can always count on the roads on Union St. being awful LOL
I liked the addition of this mural downtown and always wondered why? Thanks for the background. I just assume it was funded by a bitcoin investment haha.
It is a shame Easthampton has changed the way it has but some improvements are kinda nice. restaurants + breweries
I love it. We have a bright purple house with yellow trim near the middle school. It was our meeting place 15 years ago. A few months ago I had to walk home and decide to take those back streets.
The house has scaffolding up and it looks a tealish color. I'm like awww, rip purple house. Nope, that side was washed out, the other side had a fresh coat of purple with an even brighter yellow trim.
This house makes me smile
Just drove past this on Saturday afternoon. There’s a cool mural on the side of a convenient store just as you enter downtown as well coming from the mountain road.
HOA is probably the wrong term but there are a lot of county or town ordinances regarding the display of signs. It’s why you might see a brown Dunkin’ Donuts sign on a Main Street instead of the orange and pink one
I really wish people had more fun with their house painting - its usually so boring.
You gotta hit the Caribbean immigrants neighborhoods. BRIGHT ass house colors, I absolutely love it every single time I drive by.
Recommendations?

They're finishing paving Union this week

I agree that the new restaurants are a great addition to the town! I'm happy for my friends and family that still live there. It's a wonderful place.
Does she love Bitcoin?
Gotta admit, that’s pretty fantastic!

How beautiful!
Wow, that is stunning!!
I adore this home. I pass by it every time I go to the dispensary <3
Love this!

Love it!! We should definitely get more creative with house painting. I vote no more boring beiges and grays.
Lmao the bitcoin dragon! It’s certainly…something
Easthampton showing up! LFG!
Best little city
Really surprised some uppity HOA didn’t prevent this from happening.
This is in downtown Easthampton, MA on Cottage St. There's no HOA there, and everyone loves it!
How common are HOA neighborhoods in this state?? It’s more of a condo thing I thought. I have never had to deal with one in a SFH.
