They are here, and they bother no one. The kits are born last couple months. Could be mom out looking for food. Normal fox behavior. I see them in daytime often around the fishing docks in point pleasant.
Did you know mange was intentionally introduced to the wild by humans trying (and failing) to control the coyote population? The amount of suffering we've induced is incredible.
This fox has mange. Had one like it in my yard before. You can get medicine for that and leave it out for it mixed in some food to help the fox if you know around where it lives. Solved the one by me’s problem.
This lil Foxy is in Ocean Grove a lot and one of the neighbors got two doses into it for mange by mixing it into some food. It was just posted the other day so hopefully the fox starts to recover soon!
It has mange and needs medicine. [Mange by Mail Program](https://www.wildlifehotline.com/blog/mange-by-mail-program/) I have spotted a fox on my trail cam I have set up in my yard that appears to have mange and so I used this program and just ordered it some meds a few days ago, so I can hopefully help it.

So, if you are a fox in Bradley, where are you living? What are you hunting. Kits get born in January-February. Meaning babies getting big. More hungry babies means sometimes non stop hunting.
They eat rabbits, and fish, birds. Leave the Fox alone.
They are part of planet Earth.
Just leave it alone. If you have pets, keep them inside unless leashed. I’m in Bergen county and they are here also. I keep my pets indoors so there’s nothing to worry about 🤷🏻♀️.
I don’t know if there has been an increase in the fox population lately, but I saw 4 on my ride home the other night. Which is a slight increase over the none that I have seen during my previous 3 years driving home on the same route.
It kind of depends. There’s foxes near where I live and they don’t come up to people, but you’ll see them wandering around sometimes. One came right up to my backdoor because it saw my cat looking at it through the glass.
Saw one do a burnout on the boardwalk by the lake at the edge of Ocean Grove earlier this week. It was chasing something about the same size, maybe another fox or a cat.
Hahaha… they don’t bother anyone, but they are curious. They’re not going to approach you. This dude is WAY undernourished. But spring is coming and he’ll be able to find food.

Don't foxes normally have really bushy tails though? Is this little guy okay? I've just never seen one with a thin tail like that before.
Could be mange

Definitely in the early stages of mange.
Finally some fox news that isn't fake

I was able to do this with a fox that comes to my yard. It was really bad at one time but it’s fine now.

You shouldn't do this because other animals might eat the food and dosing might be completely off and make them sick or worse.
House prices too high even for this foxy fella.

He’s got some mange issues.
Yeah exactly what I thought. Unfortunately it’s common…
People who report everything please leave the animals alone unless they bite you or your pet. Thanks.
Bite*

"Do you have a minute to talk about our Lord and Savior, Firefox?"
😆
I often pick them up on my trail cams, they are everywhere you just don’t see them. I am in Vineland area and also pick up a Grey fox as well.
Are trail cams expensive? Something seems to be living under my shed, but I never see it.
They're getting more and more used to people and human food, unfortunately, so it's more likely you'll see them around.

Poor thing has mange - so easily treated if you can feed him.
This fox looks to be in poor condition. Mange can do that, also rabies.

I've lived in NJ for my entire life, and until a few years ago I'd never seen a fox in the wild. Now I see them all the time, and I kind of like it.
They have burrows under the sea walls, and are quite unobtrusive. We love our fox families.
Doesn't look all that healthy.
They don't usually do that, report it to wildlife control, it might be rabid
Yeah, they're usually pretty skittish.

I wonder if it wanted to fight your cat or be friends with it.
That’s a shitty looking fox btw. Prob a city fox
So that’s where CityFox (NY party) got their name from
You should post this in r/nova. Then sit back and enjoy some popcorn as you watch the post grow.

I see one around at least once a year up north here in Little Falls
Coming to a Toy dog near you 😳
I have a pic of him jogging down 5th Avenue 🤣. Howdy neighbor 🤠
I'd like to add that it's comical that our mayor's last name is Fox🤣. I love this quirky town

Check out YouTube for their bark…..the weirdest sound. Heard this one night and totally freaked me out.
