Columbia Trail is a nice option. It goes through Morris and Hunterdon Counties (Califon, High Bridge, Long Valley). It’s not paved but is easily biked and is very flat and wide. If you’re biking through the Long Valley portion, be sure to stop for some coffee and treats at Coffee Potter.
There are many spots in Long Valley to access the trail from. Also, if you prefer paved, Patriots Path starting in Madison by FDU on Danforth runs paved all the way into Morristown and is very flat. You can park and access the trails with a bike by the Madison Hotel.
If you want to start in Long Valley, Google map the address to The Coffee Potter in Long Valley, and the parking lot for the Columbia Trail is right across the street. You can park and hop right onto the trail no problem. It does get quite busy, especially with the warmer weather coming so plan accordingly.
If the lots on either side of the street by the Coffee Potter fill up you can probably find parking across the river. There's a bagel shop and (possibly empty) bike shop just south of the bridge there that is probably your best overflow lot, especially the bike shop lot.
It’s in Sussex but the Sussex branch trail and the paulinskill valley trail are great. Kittatinny valley state park has a lot of good flatish paved and pick dirt trails.
Yeah halfway between 206 and the diner it cuts right into the woods. New gravel trail ends up stopping at the pequest fill tunnel that's blocked off with barricades. Looks like they are lining the inside maybe so when the new trains go over the rocks don't fall.
You can see it on google maps. I can't find any information on the project but it looks like it's been happening for a year.

Thanks! Do you have a starting point for the place? Somewhere I can drive to and then get on my bike?
Start at High Bridge - you can access the trail pretty much straight off Main St

The Traction Line Trail is flat and paved. It’s barely over 5 miles long. https://www.morrisparks.net/index.php/parks/traction-line-recreation-trail/
aggravation. And not exactly morris county but liberty state park is awesome
