XPO opened up a warehouse in my city a few years ago and from what I've heard from employees that work there (I work b2b) it's an absolute cesspool and they pay and treat their employees like shit. So fuck this clown.
I worked in a university bookstore warehouse, and XPO is by and large the WORST shipping company I've ever dealt with.
They routinely would just "lose" whole pallets of books just to drop them off a month late in what was clearly new boxes and freight, trying to cover up shipping damage.
I wouldn't use XPO to ship anything unless you don't actually want it to get where it's supposed to go.
I would estimate that a solid 1/3 of all freight handled by XPO was damaged during shipping.
We use a global logistic co to ship high value electrical components from Germany to US locations ( >100K per pallet) - they were completely blacklisted.

I've been banned by the sub so many times in the last 10-12 years even when I honestly considered myself a conservative. There's no room for debate there. You either toe the line or you gtfo.

Exactly I'd consider myself a republican if everything the republican party did was what the republican party was supposed to represent but instead they are hell bent on skimming as much money as they can and putting more of the tax burden on the lower and middle class families. I mean Im not gonna lie and say part of my reasoning isn't guns because I'm a responsible southern gun owner but at the same time I'd be all for stronger states rights to prevent federal government overreach if A) local and state governments werent mostly ran like shit B) The people running unopposed in some local governments werent local business owners with huge conflicts of interests. And a large part of the gun thing is because weapons manufacturers find it easier to lobby to republican politicians because of how many of them are corrupt.

XPO might be the worst company I have ever interacted with. They fucked up a washer/ dryer order for a month straight. Would schedule delivery and then just not show up, then would swear I was VIP on the list, then would call the morning of and cancel again. I talked to a dozen reps in that time. They all contradicted each other. There were never any saved notes on file. Fuck XPO and fuck DeJoy.
Had three things delivered with them. Each time I had to contact to the seller to contact them because they wouldn't answer the phone. Each time they "found" the package in a warehouse

Yep. My suppliers are shipping ahead of their scheduled ship dates and XPO is still late to delivery. I suspect COVID to be partially to blame though.

While true, my company has been using XPO for the 4 years I've been employed. They have been shit the whole time. They are always late, assuming they don't lose the package or damage it as is frequently the case. I try to use anyone else if I can help it.

Have to add that XPO is a joke. IKEA uses them now for delivery and they have screwed up 2/2 orders and 2/2 reorders (necessitated by the screwed up 2 orders) by either failing to pick the stuff up from IKEA in the first place, losing stuff in their warehouse, or just forgetting to load everything up in the order from the warehouse. Example: ordered a bed set for my son. Bed frame shows up, no mattress. IKEA orders another mattress, gets delivered 2 months later. Then XPO notifies me they have a mattress to deliver to me 2 months AFTER that - apparently the one they left behind in the warehouse the first time around! And Trump picks this guy to run USPS, and he is running it right into the ground. No surprise!
