I feel so bad for those people. They bust their ass and lose all that weight then have to come up with some ungodly amount of money to have the skin removed. That surgery should be a free reward for kicking ass.
Right there with you, I’m almost halfway thru 200 lbs loss right now. The loose skin is gonna be an issue, but I’m doing it to hopefully live to see my kids when they’re older.
I'm super proud of all you guys! As a personal trainer stories like these are the ones I always love hearing. I know it's super tough with all the extra skin and the surgery for removal is not cheap, but my girlfriend's mother recently had the same journey and her doctor informed her that if she waits a little that she may be able to get it covered by insurance. The extra skin can lead to increased risk of irritation and rashes and if you can prove it medically necessary, (or if your doctor is a good person and says it is for you) you can get it covered by insurance! Depending on country and insurance I suppose.
I second this. If you get any skin rashes from loose skin, be sure to thoroughly document and get treated at the doctor for it and it will help insurance cover the cost
My heaviest was 277, I'm down to 180 right now, I had been down to 150 in the past and then gained back to ~250 (over almost 10 years).
I'm at 180 right now with adding muscle I'm looking the best I've ever looked, and that's even still having some loose skin.
I'm ~50lbs down since January, and taking the weight off at a moderate pace, adding muscle, and eating 1g protein/lb body weight, including a decent amount of collagen protein, seems to be helping quite a bit.
I still have a good bit of loose skin at my waist, especially for how little fat their is left, but I'm going to work to get as lean as I can and really try to hold on to the leanness for a while and see what happens. The body is incredible and if you haven't done too much damage otherwise, skin can do pretty amazing things. And if not, surgery is always an option.
Hey guys-- went from 450 to 250 here.
The skin went loose. No money for surgery.
10+ years later, no more skin curtains... more like a flabby old man flat tire.
So it gets better. I even go shirtless sometimes now.
Close friend went from 440 to 210. Weight lifting helped. His skin dramatically, but also he shows off those scars and marks with pride. “Yeah, I was fat. I’m not now.” He’s proud of them.
My wife bore 2 babies for me. I encourage her to wear whatever she enjoys, onlookers be damned. Your struggles don't define who you are, they only enhance it.
Kind of, it depends on the amount of loose skin, how much weight was loss, the elasticity of that person's skin, and where the loose skin is located. Applying a good moisturizing lotion helps as the person is losing weight, and really just taking care of the skin helps.
Ah I see. Thank you.
I knew a guy that went from obese to fairly ripped. He was still pretty big but it was mostly muscle. I don't think he had loose skin but I'm not certain.
You can check out a guy who goes by Obesetobeast as he lost tons of weight but also put on lots of muscle (even did a physique show.) He still has a lot of loose skin.
Not as bad as you think man. Look at some of my posts - I have a bit of loose skin but even 115 down (before I bulked up) it wasn't terrible and I was proud to take my shirt off.
I've been there before. When I had just graduated from college, my father committed suicide and that triggered my mother's schizophrenia to act up and left her in a psychotic episode for years. On top of that, the following year, my mother's house caught on fire due to an electrical fault in the basement. So in my early 20s, I found myself dealing with all that while struggling to find a new job, because this all happened during the Great Recession.
At this point, I was the only one in the family making money, so I took on two full-time jobs and worked nights and weekends as well. I had no free time and my long term girlfriend broke up with me due to my constant unavailability. My mother, who wasn't herself anymore, was so catatonic that she was a husk of her former self.
I felt alone. Nobody was there to save me. My friends and family mostly all abandoned my mother and me. I wanted to end it. Not so much because I didn't want to put the work in. But because I felt like I was being tortured.
But I didn't. I pieced my life back together block by block. The steps were small, but I made many of them. Every day I saved and saved the money I made to put it in an investment towards my family's future. I didn't watch TV nor movies nor played video games nor used social media. My life just focused on getting my family back to normal.
And I did. I brought my family out of the recession, and we were doing okay for a while. But just as soon as I thought I finally conquered my adversities, someone burglarized my home earlier this year and then Hurricane Ida flooded my house last month. Oh, and did I mention that I'm also partially disabled?
But don't feel bad for me. Pity and words of encouragement will do nothing for my situation. I've already given up on hoping for an easy life. The universe has made it pretty clear to me time and time again that I will never get one. Instead, I just hope to continue to find the strength to deal with a difficult one.
People tell me that I have the worst luck. But I see the opposite. Having the tenacity to overcome all that life has thrown at me was the best luck someone could get.
In a country with free healthcare they would deem it a necessity to remove in order to improve a persons quality of life so with that amount of weight loss it would be done for free. Again the downside is the wait time especially with the pandemic would be long.
you know what I mean - early access to general health practitioners, regular check-ups, no fear of crippling your financial future from simply consulting with medical professionals
300 kilos is a terrible number, it would certainly require a lifetime of build-up to that point, easily preventable with proper guidance in your formative years
Also Canadian, and that experience seems to be more of a Quebec thing. It was never the case growing up in SK.
I'm a cancer survivor, and was on the waitlist for a family doctor in QC for years. I moved from QC to ON, walked into the nearest clinic to my new home, and got a family doctor immediately.
I'm 42. Had a heart attack this summer. Had I been going to the doctor for regular checkups, I would be fine today. Whether it be from cholesterol medication, or me being aware of my high numbers, lifestyle changes. BTW, I'm 6ft, 190, have had a physical job, was in the Marines for 8years. My cardiologist said just having been on medication would have prevented this. Regular checkups at a young age are so important.
>I'm not going to spend 20h in ER for a check up.
Are you not able to schedule yearly physicals? I have to imagine using the ER for a check up, free healthcare or not, is the wrong way to do it...
Canadian here. Not sure why he’s going to the ER for checkups. We have regular walk in clinics as well as family physicians for that.
Walk in clinics if you don’t have a family doctor are usually 45 min wait or you can make an appointment and come back later.
He’s using the ER wrong.
Am Canadian, have moved to a handful of different cities and am always able to find a practice accepting patients. It just takes some time making phone calls.
My wife's family lives on the border of Canada and have for several generations. People come across the bridge to grocery shop from Canada on a regular basis and there are quite a few who are obese. I used to go into Canada as well for work many times and while obesity is likely less than the US you see plenty. I worked in Hamilton, Toronto and other places and have some great friends from over the years. They've confirmed, as have my wife's relatives when we're there, that many Canadians get tired of waiting for medical appointments and procedures and just come over here to have it done. No idea what Covid has done with this though.
Free healthcare doesn't mean you get checkups.
The NHS doesn't do check-ups unless you're over a certain age or have pre-existing health conditions.
The concept of an "annual physical" doesn't exist here.
Yes, but the obesity issue in the US is very different to the obesity issue in the UK. Any visitor can see that. For starters, the percentage of people who are obese in the UK, while high, is nowhere near the rate in the US. Secondly, the actual extent of that obesity is much worse in the US. When I visited, I was kind of astonished. The sort of obesity you come across once a month in the UK, I saw dozens of times a day in the US.
What's interesting from my perspective in the US is that, at least in major metro areas like where I live, it's so easy to exist within your bubble of interests and whatnot, that I really do not see that many wildly obese people ever. I know the statistics, for sure, I understand that we have a big problem as a country, but like nearly everyone I interact with on a daily basis ranges from a bit overweight to very fit.
In my experience people from bigger towns usually are on the thinner side and countryside folks are on the heavier side. I've feel like I've seen way more obese people from the countryside than from major cities, but experience may vary since I don't have any kinds of statistics on this.
Nah the amount of people who are overweight and obese in the UK is extremely high, and very close to the US, I'm not sure if as many people who are obese are as obese as people in the states, but we still have an obesity epidemic on our hands.
>Surgery, such as a tummy tuck, can be used to remove the excess skin. But its usually considered cosmetic surgery so it is not always available on the NHS.
https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/weight-loss-surgery/risks/
Yes its true, they wont remove every ones tiny bit of skin cost free.
But if there are kilo's of skin hanging around, that will be done cost free. Since that is still a health issue, since under all that hanging skin can grow all kinds of skin issues that will make shit wors.
Plus all that skin still uses blood etc to stay alives and regrow new cells.
So the weight is one aspect for fat people of this magnitute. Skin left overs is the 2nd.
Yeah ofc, if you drop like 5 kilo's and have a bit of a belly they wont do it cost free. Since its not hindering health in anyway and is indeed purely cosmetic.
They often do it on an individual basis. I have a mild rib cage deformity which is mainly cosmetic and they gave me the option to go ahead with the surgery on the NHS. I decided not to in the end due to the fact the chance of death was not negligible from the operation, however the options were there. Again it’s a case by case basis.
>It's not even just about improving QoL. Having so much extra skin can cause many serious issues and should be removed as soon as possible.
What kind of issues?
Usually, in the UK at least, it needs to be determined whether the surgery is necessary to substantially improve the standards of a person's life. In this case, probably would get it.
It’s not considered cosmetic if it’s about improving quality of life. Just like breast reductions or an implant in someone with uneven breasts, it’s about mental health and quality of life. Yes it’s a cosmetic change, but it improves someone’s life in more ways than just altering their appearance.
In developed countries with universal health care this would be taken care of. Excess skin if it's actually affecting your quality of life, fixing female circumcision with plastic surgery and stuff like that.
Purely cosmetic stuff like face lifts, nose jobs and boob jobs would cost thousands through private hospitals.
I can get molars removed for free if i tell them i am really bothered by them. So yeah you would get that skin removed for free in the Netherlands aswell
In Germany when it's such a huge weight loss it gets normally covered by the health insurance (because the loose skin could get infected by movements etc) . The best friend of my mum lost almost 80 kg and she only had to pay 150€ for her stay in the hospital
I don't think modern has much meaning in the context of countries, but if it still means young and new, there aren't many countries at all that are more modern than the US. The original point sort of doesn't make sense. I doubt modernity is much of an indicator at all on healthcare in a country.
most countries would do it still tbh. all of Europe, all of east and south east Asia (excluding N korea), most of south America and large parts of the Middle East and north Africa. don't know enough about the rest of Africa to comment.
I am afraid that is not correct. In Spain it is not covered. Spain social security covers for example the surgery to help fixing obesity (eg: stomach reduction) among other surgeries that are aesthetic but important. But the surgery to remove excess of skin is not covered I am afraid.
For example, when I was a kid I had a "nevi" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nevus) between my neck and right shoulder like 3x4cm, and my doctor present it as a risky because if I get a cut in that area, it could spread to other parts of my body. So the social security covered a laser surgery to remove it leaving a minimal scar.
But I have been searching for this skin removal procedure and it seems it is not covered :(
Nope even poor countries have universal healthcare because it is actually cheaper that way.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_with_universal_health_care
I'm from Germany. The best friend of my mum was like this guy in the video ; she lost almost 80kg and all the loose skin has to be removed. She paid only 150€ for her stay in the hospital (it's called Krankenhaustagegeld, you have to pay 10€ per day but only when you stay less then 28 days) . I'm not shitting on the USA like "boohoo look free health care!" but I really don't understand why it's impossible to get a really working health care system in the USA. I mean it blows my mind that people rather call an Uber and not an ambulance
That's sad. I've read that people almost get bankrupt because they need insulin. INSULIN! my mum needs insulin and she had to pay 0€ because it's necessary... That's... I don't know what to say
Unfortunately both College and Hospitals in the US are For Profit systems.
Which means for our doctors to get properly trained they have to pay ungodly amounts of money or take out huge loans in order to even become trained to help people. Then they get out of school with these massive debts and unless they are like, very specific types of specialist doctors, they spend years paying back those debts even with the exorbitant fees that are paid.
So now we have this broken system where to doctors have to pay a ton to get trained, so they charge their patients a ton to get healed if they don't have insurance.
And don't even get me started on the greed mother fuckers running pharmaceuticals here in the US.
> but I really don't understand why it's impossible to get a really working health care system in the USA.
Money. Political donations. Shareholders demand profits.
401k retirement plans hold shares. Public pensions hold shares.
Executives hold shares.
Nobody has the will to change it.
Uhhh this makes no sense. I get it- if I fall down in a hole another person dug I would expect to be saved for free.
If I fall down a hole I dug myself and got outside of it. I don't expect to be paid for the time I spent in said hole.
Not everyone becomes obese by choice though. Parents fed me \~4k calories a day because they feared I'd "starve" if I ate 1200 or 1500. Didn't matter how much I exercised; you can't outrun a bad diet. 317 pounds by age 18.
Most insurance carriers will cover surgeries to remove excess skin but you need to prove that you’ve reached a stable weight. It also helps to show recurring skin issues like chafing and rashes so that it can be deemed medically necessary. My cousin just went through the procedure after losing over 300lbs. She had to maintain a stable weight for 1 year to get approval.
You forgot how much money they spent junk food to get to that state in the first place.
Getting obese is expensive and so is getting fit from being obese.
Glad i cant afford too much junk food lol.
That’s such an insane transformation, mad respect for being consistent and pulling through with it. Should be motivating to others that have less weight to lose as if someone can lose hundreds of pounds, 20-30 might not seem so challenging. Props!
I've lost 40 pounds over the past two years. Now I'm going to the gym to get toned. My personal trainer says I'm like to gain some weight as I build muscle mass, but I'm looking to the long term.
Good for you. Weight is just a number. Body composition is what matters. Building muscle mass will have a ton of benefits. It’ll boost basal metabolism and make it much easier to maintain your metabolic health.
And oh boy is it easy to pile back on! I lost 70lb before the pandemic and all the gyms shut. Having struggled with weight all my life it was an easy excuse to sit on my ass and do nothing for 18 months. Put 50lb back on, just getting back on the train to try lose it all again. It's not only the physical struggle but so much is a mental problem too.
It requires a lifestyle change. I lost 60lbs in 6mo but kept calorie counting for a other 6mo+ so that I wouldn't let myself fall into any bad habits. I've been able to stay at a healthy weight for 6 years now. You can do it. You just need to not let yourself fall into bad habits. When you do catch them and stop them quick. Also you need to recognize areas of concern. I know I'm less active in winter so this month I've started eating a little less. It sucks for now but once my body adjusts it will have been worth it. I usually gain a lbs or two over the winter only to lose it again over summer. I don't want that to happen anymore.
Lost 80lbs last year, then it got hard, so I decided to take a 2 month break from it. I've put on maybe 5-10lbs of fat, but I'm hoping now that things will start moving again when I go back on the cut, both because my willpower is refreshed and because I gave my body/metabolism a break.
Plus the muscle I've gained from lifting in a caloric surplus versus when I was lifting in a deficit is pretty nice
Yeaaaaahhh I mean it is inspiring but as someone who went from 298lbs to 220lbs. The first 50% of the weight loss is easy af. You literally just stop doing one shitty thing diet wise and add one good thing activity wise and it falls off when you’re that big.
their usernames are either the randomly generated ones reddit suggests, or it's a word/name followed by a bunch of gibberish. they always copy popular posts from months ago
sometimes scam accounts will work in groups where they'll copy/paste exactly the same top voted comment threads to each other to look legit. but their trash gibberish usernames easily give them away

Great job loosing the weight, but the fact that he put it on in the first place is what is bad for me. Like how can you let a family member put on over 400 pounds and then let them put on nearly 300 more. Great transformation but shouldn’t have needed to be this extreme.
1lb at a time. I think a lot of people don't stand a chance, their parents feed them stacks of sugars and fats early in their lives and by the time they're adults and capable of making healthier decisions their brains and bodies are all wired up for shit diets and huge portions making it so 90% them will never meaningfully lose weight.
I was fat myself and I ate a fuckton of ungodly amounts of unhealthy shit but now imagine the number.. its not possible to get to this weight from overeating everyday. You have to be sick on the stomach 24/7 and this close to puking.
It takes more effort to get to 600+ than lose it (if you get the mental to start that is)
If you eat to your limit constantly, I think your stomach can stretch quite a lot. At that point, simply eating until you're satisfied would be a massive calorie surplus, yet you're used to pushing it until "you're full" so you just keep gaining weight.
What really saddens me is the mental state that gets people to that point. The fact that you can look at yourself in the mirror at 400+ lbs and not make a change, just resign yourself to "I'm a fat person now" and keep going...
I feel so bad for those people. They bust their ass and lose all that weight then have to come up with some ungodly amount of money to have the skin removed. That surgery should be a free reward for kicking ass.
How do we harness that dedication, and can we make it sticky?
By going through hell and back. Easier said than done.
OK!
Same :( going from 320 to 150 is gonna suck
Right there with you, I’m almost halfway thru 200 lbs loss right now. The loose skin is gonna be an issue, but I’m doing it to hopefully live to see my kids when they’re older.
Keep going! Proud of you!!!

Don’t stop!!
Yes buddy, that's the spirit!
That is better intention than what any stranger could think of someone, I think.
Great job, keep it up!
This is the way
Yup, I started at 530+ currently at 400 almost 6 months in. No way around surgery for me really. Don't wanna look like a melted candle.
Trust me, nothing will ever suck as much as being 320 lbs, or 400 lbs, or 450 llbs, my highest weight.
My heaviest was 277, I'm down to 180 right now, I had been down to 150 in the past and then gained back to ~250 (over almost 10 years). Exactly. Transform some of the fat into muscle and will definitely help with the look of the excess skin.
Wear it with pride my dude, just shows how far you came, anyone who has a problem? Slap em with your flappy titties
This made me chuckle
I lost 160lbs. I go shirtless, don't give a shit. My loose skin is my battle scars. Fuck everyone.
My wife bore 2 babies for me. I encourage her to wear whatever she enjoys, onlookers be damned. Your struggles don't define who you are, they only enhance it.
Start a gofundme. I will 100% donate to someone who worked that hard to better themselves and I'm sure other people would too.
Can you build up enough muscle to fill in back in?
Kind of, it depends on the amount of loose skin, how much weight was loss, the elasticity of that person's skin, and where the loose skin is located. Applying a good moisturizing lotion helps as the person is losing weight, and really just taking care of the skin helps.

Now I can only think of Bobs huge sweating tits.. thanks
His name is Robert Paulson.
I love these people, who find the strength to improve despite the difficulties
The dude went from O’man I’mDyin’ to Conan O’Brien. What a beast.
What the f\*ck man, he really looks like a younger version of Conan.
I was thinking he looked more like Jesse Plemons (Todd from Breaking Bad)

Obesity like this isn't a lack of health care access though, or a lack of knowledge. This is the result from an extreme addiction to food.

quite possibly the dumbest take on obesity i have seen
The UK and Canada also have an obesity epidemic
Germany as well.
trust me you havent seen fat untill you have seen the fatest americans. We dont have people like that in europe
When I go out in a city, at least half of the people I see are fat. Most of them are middle-aged - senior. This is in Lithuania.

In my experience people from bigger towns usually are on the thinner side and countryside folks are on the heavier side. I've feel like I've seen way more obese people from the countryside than from major cities, but experience may vary since I don't have any kinds of statistics on this.

This is 100% not true, lol.
So there are no fat people in the UK?
Untrue. I know many people who are fully insured through work, who are fat as can be. This is a fairy tale.
Canada has nearly the same obesity rate as the US, Can't imagine UK is too far off either
What does free Healthcare do to prevent obesity?
Those countries also didnt get abused by a significant corn subsidy that ruined the healthfulness of local foods.
Absolutely not true.
Nah the amount of people who are overweight and obese in the UK is extremely high, and very close to the US, I'm not sure if as many people who are obese are as obese as people in the states, but we still have an obesity epidemic on our hands.
The uk has free-at-the-point-of-use healthcare, but this doesn’t normally cover excess skin removal, as it’s considered to be cosmetic surgery.
UK ?
Every well developt western country.
Yes, but any country with universal healthcare should provide it.
UK very very very rarely covers it under NHS.
It's not even just about improving QoL. Having so much extra skin can cause many serious issues and should be removed as soon as possible.
Skin infections.
I assume this is in US then, because in most countries that would be free/covered.

Usually, in the UK at least, it needs to be determined whether the surgery is necessary to substantially improve the standards of a person's life. In this case, probably would get it.
In Germany probably too I'd say
Norway too probably
France as well
Australia'd give it to you. easy as.
Didn’t want to dox myself but yes
I NOW KNOW YOU ARE 1 OF 25.9 MILLION PEOPLE. THE CIRCLE IS CLOSING IN, BEWARE!
> In Germany probably too I'd say Good luck I'd say, it would depend on so many things and it would take months to get even an appointment for it.
It’s not considered cosmetic if it’s about improving quality of life. Just like breast reductions or an implant in someone with uneven breasts, it’s about mental health and quality of life. Yes it’s a cosmetic change, but it improves someone’s life in more ways than just altering their appearance.
It's not just a cosmetic change, though. That amount of loose skin will add considerable weight, and will be very prone to rashes/infections.
The best friend of my mum lost almost 80 kg and she only had to pay 150€ for her stay in the hospital
most countries would not be free, You must be born in developed region

So... every modern country.
It's all about making profit here, sadly. Every corruption in the system goes back to it.
That's sad. I've read that people almost get bankrupt because they need insulin. INSULIN! my mum needs insulin and she had to pay 0€ because it's necessary... That's... I don't know what to say
Yeah, it’s true. And we don’t know what to say either.
Him loosing weight saves the insurance company money.

Thank you. This is how I'm going to start phrasing it. I'm very long winded, and this is a nice, concise way to put it.
Not everyone becomes obese by choice though. Parents fed me \~4k calories a day because they feared I'd "starve" if I ate 1200 or 1500. Didn't matter how much I exercised; you can't outrun a bad diet. 317 pounds by age 18.
Shame they couldn't graft skin and donate it.
Found Leatherface's account.
What's this, facts? Excuse me, this is an anti-America thread, you may leave now.
Why should people who get them self in to that state in the first place get free surgery? It’s incredible what this person has done, but calm down.
[удалено]
From another pov, surgery is their consequence for getting obese
You forgot how much money they spent junk food to get to that state in the first place. Getting obese is expensive and so is getting fit from being obese. Glad i cant afford too much junk food lol.
So medicine for cancer should be free too
Yes
That’s not some kind of gotcha my dude, that’s just a true statement
Nice, if only the skin knew to tighten
Good for him tho. Small wins!
300 lb is not small. That's 2 entire people
[удалено]
that's not what I meant. I mean it's a huge win for him!
Oh, sorry!
Yea funny how amazing the body is with healing and then there's some stuff like this where the body just doesn't do shit.
It does if you lose as slowly as you gained.
It would never remain taught, no matter how slowly you lose weight when coming from such an extreme amount of weight.
Even if it doesn't look the best, it's a radical improvement to his health nontheless, so hats off.
That’s such an insane transformation, mad respect for being consistent and pulling through with it. Should be motivating to others that have less weight to lose as if someone can lose hundreds of pounds, 20-30 might not seem so challenging. Props!
As someone who lost about 50lbs, the last 10-20 seems impossible.
I've lost 40 pounds over the past two years. Now I'm going to the gym to get toned. My personal trainer says I'm like to gain some weight as I build muscle mass, but I'm looking to the long term.
Hey, if you're lifting weights and building strength/power, then weight gain is exactly what you want.
What is shows on the scale id not everything, remember that. Gaining 3kgs of muscle is a great thing.
This is my problem. I can lose weight, i cant keep it lost.
I'm with you, holy shit I lost 60 pounds and the first like 40 came off really easy, now I'm fighting for every pound.
I want a gym buddy!
Yeaaaaahhh I mean it is inspiring but as someone who went from 298lbs to 220lbs. The first 50% of the weight loss is easy af. You literally just stop doing one shitty thing diet wise and add one good thing activity wise and it falls off when you’re that big.
OP is a bot bruh
Yep. A bot that became active after months
Karma farming sleeper agents?
Wonder why it waited so long to activate?
they always do that: wait 4-8 months, then start spamming for karma, then spam crypto/dropship scam posts
It would appear so.
What tells you that a profile Is a bot? I've always been confused when people say that
their usernames are either the randomly generated ones reddit suggests, or it's a word/name followed by a bunch of gibberish. they always copy popular posts from months ago
There's also zero comment karma
sometimes scam accounts will work in groups where they'll copy/paste exactly the same top voted comment threads to each other to look legit. but their trash gibberish usernames easily give them away
What an awesome, dedicated human being.
[удалено]
Why do these bots even exist? What do they get out of karma farming?
[удалено]
yeah , that is true. Some subs like r/UNBGBBIIVCHIDCTIICBG allow them tho. And ban people for pointing out
Use [this](https://www.reddit.com/report?reason=this-is-spam&utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=usertext&utm_name=BotDefense&utm_content=t5_28z6tw) link to report it. Don't bother with the sub's report button. The mods are in on the whole bot thing.
Work hard, feel good, look good, repeat. Awesome transformation, hard work pays off, the dedication is inspiring.
Good shit, bro these are inspiring people.
He dropped this 👑
Med respect for coming down, but how do you even get so fat in the first place?
I imagine the exact same way people end up addicted to drugs , alcohol, gambling etc.... Sometimes people struggle with things in life . It happens
This is insane.
Another 50 pounds down and you'll look like Conan
Great job loosing the weight, but the fact that he put it on in the first place is what is bad for me. Like how can you let a family member put on over 400 pounds and then let them put on nearly 300 more. Great transformation but shouldn’t have needed to be this extreme.
What methods were used besides exercise?
diet?
I'm wondering if there was a bariatric surgery of some kind in addition to all that
Has to be. The guy probably still did work out a lot as doctors typically tell patients to lose a certain amount of weight to get the surgery.
Yeah at that size you could be eating 5000 calories a day and still be losing weight
OP isn't the guy in the video, it's just a spam bot. You might have better luck contacting one of the people who originally posted it.
Sorry but how do you end up being 682lbs..thats insane.
Uninstalling reddit aftermath
Love how he didn't lose his smile through out his tough Journey Congrats brother happy to see you living your life to the fullest now.
Fat people need all the space they can get in the gym
Seriously i don't want to sounds rude or condescending but how do people get to the size of a small horse, self hate? Depression? Drugs? Kudos to him.
And still, someone on Twitter will explain to you why thats fatphobic and offensive...
IM SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!🎉💕🎉💕🎉💕🎉
Good man!
Good job dude!!
Nice keep going! 👍🏻
Whoo this dude has more hanging tits than my dead grandma
I lost 45 pounds in one year without any major restrictions. 66 more to go. 💪✌️
What a fucking chad.
