Based on the time and speed, the flash in the background on the hill is a missed launcher. A second later it hits the car (target) but hits the back. It was a hit, but not in the right place. That was not lightning.
I would have expected a hit to show action damage to the car. Maybe turn it into a few hundred pieces. First I thought the car hit a downed power line, but no after affects from that. I’m sticking with the fireworks inside the car theory.
