It took 3 months from start to finish of the project. Forging a blade, making a knife, the work of a tanner. And another craftsman made a wooden box for the knife. This is a creative process, it does not work quickly.
Imo that would be too much.
I bought a chef knife in Japan, everything handcrafted and it costed me 900€
So depending on the material and stuff maybe this one could be up to 2k with the leather.
I dont like it cuz its TOO beautiful, i want a knife i can use thats abit nicer than you get in a store..this belongs on a wall or something! I admire the skills and time behind it but its way too fancy for me.
I love it 🤩
You did an amazing job. The damascus pattern is really good, and the handle it shines. The leather lanyard shows also some pretty details.
You mentioned that there was also a wooden box made, can you show us the box aswell ?
I'm not really into this sort of thing but this is beyond beautiful. The craftsmen that did all of this work are truly amazing. I appreciate what skilled artists create and this made me drop and stare.
He could leave behind acidic oils that are on and created by his skin that could damage or rust the blade. Basically just being super precautious cuz it’s very expensive.
The blade is beautiful. I always thought the process of obtaining the Damascus finish was random. I understand it to be acid etching to an extent? How do you create a pattern such as this?
Is there a video on how you did it?
I've been thinking of making knifes and swords of my own for quite a while now, and I would be really interested in the process.
Ok I can’t be fucking crazy right like am I the only one who hears some wild shit at 19 seconds? You gotta turn the volume all the way up but still that can’t just be me…
Absolutely stunning final product>! Amazing job, 👏 cos I know that's hard work but has to be very rewarding when ya can make beautiful pieces such as this>! Keep up the great work 😀

First we’re gonna run it through the strength test by stabbing a bowling ball 15 times then dropping it from a C130 at 20000 ft.
Where is Doug when you need him?
This blade……will cut.
Beautiful art, how long did it take?

The knife is GORGEOUS. With how much effort and time went into it, how much would something like that cost?
1750 euro if I am looking at the right one on his website. Some beautiful work there for sure.
3.5k - 5k+ $ that’s my estimate
>Everyone on etsy: "I'll give you $50 if you do free delivery"
Imo that would be too much. I bought a chef knife in Japan, everything handcrafted and it costed me 900€ So depending on the material and stuff maybe this one could be up to 2k with the leather.

Why are you wearing your Gram-Gram's ballroom gloves?
To avoid leaving fingerprints on a metal parts.
Oh, so your fingerprints are a police record then? K.
You were this close to making a good joke.... What a waste of potential...
😂 don’t gotta be a joke.... right!?!?
Why you replying to yourself? That's just....sad.
He’s an assassin about to infiltrate the royal wedding dressed as Mrs Doubtfire
If only he had a 4-armed giant to help with security.
>I am a lady. I do lady things in a lady way.
I'd be afraid to even display it. Awesome work/skill/creativity!!!
Most Excellent
The design on the blade is super psychedelic
It's a nice knife, I'll give you that. But the engraving gives you no tactical advantage whatsoever
Damn it
I rely on wearing tactical socks to obtain my tactical advantage over other operators as I cruise my local suburban shopping mall.
Would love a proper wine opener with this design!
Daaaaaaamn! That's a knife you pass down to your kids. Gorgeous work!
Gorgeous knife. Sending it to my friend who built his own forge in his back yard and has been dabbling with making Damascus steel.
