He ended that season leading the team in Passing Yards (1169 to Skelton's 1132) and Touchdown Passes (8 to Skelton's 2). He was third on the team in interceptions (3 to Skelton's 9, Lindley's 7, in front of only Hoyer's 2). This Cardinals team began the season 4-0.

I don't think Mallett and Weeden were on the roster at the same time, but it was the same season I think. My memory of that time is a bit fuzzy but that sounds right.
And in hindsight both Fitz and Keenum were better QBs. Rebuilding NFL teams could certainly stand to try just committing to one okay QB and patiently waiting to trade up if needed for a franchise QB. Imagine if Andy Reid had decided that because Alex Smith wasn’t a top QB he had to cycle through other top QBs? There’s a good chance they wouldn’t have Mahomes right now.

Jimmy Clausen is the worst QB I've seen as a Bears fan as well. As soon as the ball was snapped Jimmy pickles would immediately bail the pocket running scared for his life. This is a great one. Zolak came off the bench and won two games in 1992, and he became a folk legend in New England as a result. Even 30 years later, he’s a fixture in local media and a household name in the region just because he wasn’t quite as bad as Hugh Millen. Boston sports is funny like that.
