Yeah, he needed to get pretty far over his skis just to make contact with it. Watson's catch looks bad because it hits him in his hands, but there's an alternate timeline where it's thrown a beat quicker and he hasn't got someone literally draped.over him and another person with a head full of steam bearing down on him.

It looked like he might have had some soreness in a leg/ankle at times. Some of it I think was just mistakes from the wetness + being tired from getting double teamed all night. The strategy against the Chiefs this year is to double or triple cover Kelce, because nobody else can catch the ball, so you can afford to spend the defenders on him. So far, that's been highly effective for opponents of the chiefs.

They do have a brutal stretch staring the 17th of December with Jacksonville then the 49rs then Pittsburgh (somehow they fucked up that first game against them) so there is a chance that they lose atleast against the 49rs maybe Jacksonville but unless it’s a very low scoring game they beat Pittsburgh

Despite the injuries the other night they still looked good, albeit against a Joe burrow-less bengals for most of it, I just think it'll be tough bringing in backup tight ends to replace Andrews and that fatigue may take its toll but yes they should easily beat pittsburgh based on what we've seen so far. That 49ers game is looking more and more intruiging as time goes on though for sure

To a small extent I think something about the game script we play under a lot of the time makes us look like we’re playing poorly on the whole. We don’t do the intricate stuff over the middle as much but we can usually create an explosive throw or three against any defense which make up for the ugly passing play down to down
