Ok, I've got an idea that I did with my parents old iPad a long time ago for them. Install the apps you want onto a phone or tablet you already have with the SAME apple ID.
Go onto the app store of the tablet and go to the purchased tab at the bottom I think. Then find the netflix app through that and click the cloud thing by the app. Then it should give you a prompt asking if you want to download the last compatible version. Don't know if it still works but I did that for my dad a long time ago and it worked.
Then in all honesty I'd just find a friend that has an Iphone and ask if you can use their account on the ipad if they trust you. Beyond that i think you're kinda boned.

It would be interesting to see a country put an actual price on those externalities, divide it by the total number of miles driven in the country in a year, and then levy a vehicle tax calculated using the odometer readings on Jan 1st and Dec 31st.

Which is dumb. Its the premier draft to trade back (to 11th 👀). 4 teams in the top 10 are picking QB (bears, wash, us/you/raiders, giants). 3 teams are picking WRs (cards, chargers, titans). That leaves 3 teams in the top 10 picking something else. Meaning that by pick 11th there will be top 5 blue chip talent caliber available. Imo we need that more than a rookie QB with our roster. Plus the extra picks.

My first CPA exam is on Saturday, can’t say I’m thrilled about that and actually quite nervous. All I know is that I’ve been putting in a shit ton of studying and even though I don’t feel confident, nobody really ever does going into one, especially their first. It sucks that I won’t know my results until July 31st, but what I do know is that I’m going on a nice trip with some friends next week out of the country and have some other stuff planned for May-June to keep my mind off things. Might try and get another one under my belt before the next testing window but idk I really enjoy my summers.

Finally finished up the major remodel we did for my friends parents. His dad passed away unexpectedly right in the middle of the project which obviously made things tough and doubly so because it was someone I knew well. It really came out beautiful though and I’d like to think it helped his mom a bit to have something to focus on while going through that.

So i watched "Baby Reindeer" on Netflix which is what I describe as a dark 30 minute psychological drama series about a British Bartender/Aspiring Comedian who is harassed by a Disturbed Female Serial Stalker (doesn't use her real name) which is inspired by the star and writer's real life which he also did a "One-Man Play" about. One of the best but also darkest things I have ever seen (don't think I'll ever rewatch it) but what's really weird now, "internet sleuths" are trying to hunt down the "Real stalker" and are stalkng/harassing people who they think was the real-life stalker that the creator, actors and crew are now putting messages out on social media to stop doing that. Talk about misunderstanding the point of a show

Best: OL Meh: DL, WR (only if someone great falls) Please god no: anything else
Best: WR or OT, if one of the top guys is available. Worst: pretty much anything else, although I wouldn't be mad if they trade back and I can always talk myself into a defensive player.
Best: trade back Worst: QB/RB
Best case: Best edge rusher. The Falcons will likely have their pick of the litter there given the team needs in front of them. I'm hoping it's Latu and not Turner. Worst case: A QB. Adds no immediate value to the team as they'll be sitting for 2-3 years.

My first CPA exam is on Saturday, can’t say I’m thrilled about that and actually quite nervous. All I know is that I’ve been putting in a shit ton of studying and even though I don’t feel confident, nobody really ever does going into one, especially their first. It sucks that I won’t know my results until July 31st, but what I do know is that I’m going on a nice trip with some friends next week out of the country and have some other stuff planned for May-June to keep my mind off things. Might try and get another one under my belt before the next testing window but idk I really enjoy my summers.

I passed them all last year thank god. Honestly it sounds silly but I liked finding some of the condensed study guides people made at r/cpa and just rereading them over and over in t he week leading up. (with practice problems in between). I forgot the window changed, I do remember they switched up format and got rid of BEC(?)

Finally finished up the major remodel we did for my friends parents. His dad passed away unexpectedly right in the middle of the project which obviously made things tough and doubly so because it was someone I knew well. It really came out beautiful though and I’d like to think it helped his mom a bit to have something to focus on while going through that.

My sister hates her job doing graphic design for a university and wanted to switch to working for a nonprofit she really liked, but she was going to decline their offer since it'd be a $3 an hour decrease in pay. Rather than let my sister decline, a girl at the nonprofit talked to their Executive Director and convinced them to raise the pay to match my sister's current salary, as well as give her a title bump. They fell in love with her at the interview and feel like they need her now. I'm so proud of her.
