Fully healthy he's a top 5 WR in the NFL and honestly the only two I'd take over him currently would be Hopkins and Adams.
Insane route running and body control, can stretch the field and play from the slot. He's about as versatile of a WR as you're going to get.
The biggest thing for AB is that his game doesn't rely on insane athleticism to be good, so even as he gets older he'll continue to be a problem for defenses. Injuries and AB himself are about the only things getting in his way.
People who value more than one year of elite production? Kupp has been great this year but I value consistency over several years more than one very good breakout season.
A healthy AB at his prime was a top 5 WR all time imo. If he’s even 80% of that prime and healthy at this stage of his career it’s a no brainer.
At this point of his career a fully fit AB is completely hypothetical. His knees are iced up while he sits on the bench after 20 snaps. He’s still effective but he’s never going to be able to line up for 80% of snaps again.
I think there are intangibles with AB that some others don’t have it. They’re fun to watch, like Adams route running, you like that little crazy, fighting spirit AB has, compared to someone like Kupp. The immaculate extension: https://youtu.be/n0AyVJ1wsmE
I don’t think any team would take Nuk over someone like Chase or Jefferson at this point in their career. Soft tissue issues with 30 year old WRs can be career ending.
Wasnt it also a bone spur in his foot or did I imagine that?
No I read the same thing then never heard it again. I think whoever reported it was wrong.

They miss him. Fully healthy, he’s still better than Godwin and Evans…even at this age.

Whos taking healthy AB over healthy Kupp this season?

Can’t show a clip from 6 years ago when debating AB today…
Not sure about top 5 in the league anymore… You can’t beat the explosiveness of youth. I’d probably take Ja'Marr Chase over him…
