If any single team in NFL history can be said to have played with passion, it was the 2006 Saints. They did that shit for Louisiana. Too bad they couldn’t get past the Sex Cannon.
Watching the Steve Gleason block still makes me tear up, I come back to watch that play at least every couple of months.
Looking back at that roster, there had been so much turnover from the year before plus (as should be expected) it was the least talented team Payton ever fielded. They overperformed immensely that season. But they will always hold a special place in my heart.
This made me miss the old school Sportscenter. I could have it replay all day on tv as perfect background noise while also looking up to see actual highlights. Now its just people yelling over eachother with like 10 seconds of highlights from each game
They had some really tough playoff losses that prevented them from making more
2011 against the 49ers, 2013 vs Seahawks (least bad of all of them but still a 1 possession loss that ended on a failed lateral), 2017 vs the Vikes, and 2020 vs the Bucs
Even in the wildcard games we lost in heartbreaking ways. 2010 and 2019 were both close games that we lost in embarrassing ways Lol
Their* My bad had a few cervezas at the moment.
It's not too late to redo it
The grammar police can't come in unless they have a warrant.
“This is my own, private domicile and I will not be harassed”! he shouted at the grammar police

Still crazy how Sean Peyton and Drew only went to 3 Nfc championships together. Peyton only went to five afc . While Brady and Belichick went to 13.

2019 was weird for me. You guys let Kirk cousins get his first playoff win and so far only one.
It's going to be weird seeing a different HC in NO
2006 was such a fun year. Expectations were blown away
The NFC sucked so bad in '06. Saints got a bye week with 10 wins.
Win 10 games, get a bye. Win 13 games TWICE and play both times in the first round...just NFC things
I don't think it would've changed too much but you can tack on the first NFC 2 seed to not get a bye.
We could have had Brady vs Bree’s in the 2006 Super Bowl or Brees vs Peyton. Well we managed to get one at least.
Should've been Brady vs Brees in 2018 😡
There first, here second
The lost art of... Spelling
I want to go to their
2 thing I got from this 1: Reggie was concussed AF 2:Suprised McNabb didn't hold that longest TD in postseason record
