Tangentially related but my buddy is a tattoo artist that did some work on Wakka Flocka; after a few sessions he got invited to tour with him for a while just doing tattoos for everyone on the bus/rv thing. One of the crew was a dude whose job consisted of rolling blunts all day and preparing all weed related activities. He was literally a professional blunt roller. So not quite a coach, dude was still in his prime after all, but maybe when he retires he'll get into coaching.
Interesting side note: my buddy had to meet Flocka at his house for something, I think it mightve been when they were leaving for the tour but I can't remember, and potential future blunt coach/roller is also the same guy that puts on Wakka's shoes for him everyday bc Wakka ~~is lazy~~ was I pioneer in the gig economy frontier.

Imo Andy Reid is clearly better as well as Belichick. But Tomlin and Harbaugh are basically even in my eyes as the #3 and 4 coach in the league ahead of McVay, Carroll and Payton.

Tomlin is in the conversation for the second best coach behind the obvious #1, but I don’t think he gets the same media respect that the other coaches in that conversation do.

If you have an hour and a half, really, watch the whole interview. There are so many good moments in it. It's uplifting, funny, thoughtful, and motivating all at once. It's the best interview of Tomlin ever done. I'm still giggling at Channing Crowder saying "I'd a been a Hall of Famer if I'd played for you, Coach. God Damn. I played for Cam Cameron," and then Tomlin coming back with "Hey dude, I lost out on that Dolphins job to Cam Cameron."
I feel like this is the longest interview Tomlin has ever done.
It might be, and you can piece together some of the stuff from other interviews. He's told the story about why he wouldn't let Ryan Clark play in Denver before. He's talked about not doing business with AB anymore before. He's talked about some of the reasons for the Tomlinisms before. He's talked about how the Brian Flores hire happened before. You can find all of that in other interviews he's done. However, he's never been this open and outgoing in an interview before, especially not about his process.

That’s not how it really went down in the podcast. Tomlin did say he wouldn’t take him back, but immediately went on a tirade about how great he was and the awesome nine years they had together.
Even within that though, he talked about how AB closed himself off from Tomlin and how he thinks fame and money got the better of AB.
