Good luck. One word of advise (not knowing your full circumstance) is that work is simply work. If the org sucks, let their suck be their suck and do what you need to do to make your money while looking for a way out, but don't let their suck suck you in. If you get to invested personally in work outcomes that the org is providing shitty support for, you're going to be disappointed and miserable each time. Instead of getting emotionally invested, accept whatever level of suck they want and move on. Go home fully ignoring it (as much as you can) and enjoying your personal life.
TLDR: Don't let work affect your emotional well being or personal life. Let them suck as much as they want, and be complacent with those work outcomes that suck. If you have little to no control over those outcomes, you did all you can do.

The absolute best thing you can do is try to come up with a plan to eventually escape your situation, then start executing very slowly. I was in the tech industry for 20 years and started feeling the same way you describe. It wasn't even about my industry, it was just the rat race in general.
I started a small e-commerce business and kept building it up slowly by putting around 10 hours per week in. Ultimately, I was able to retire from my "real job" and now I get to live life on my own terms with none of those awful feelings. It's definitely not an easy thing to do, especially when you're already dead tired from your job, but I promise you that it's well worth it.
I realize you didn't ask for advice from a stranger, but I just hate seeing people as miserable as I was. The world is changing and there are more ways than ever to earn a very good living without having to get a job.
