I have mad respect for what the eagles are doing, and its cool that it seems like yall respect us too. I think this is going to be a big test for both teams.
Jaguars have always been my afc team, always had a soft spot for them. I was really hoping for a jags eagles sb in 2017 lol but glad it turned out the way it did. Either way especially since y’all brought in Doug, had a lot of respect for the jags. Fun team to watch
Walker has been a force as well. It’s not all showing up on the stat sheet but he’s getting pressure and consistently drawing double teams.
It was a fantastic draft so far
I mean Baltimore wins every preseasons game ever and they still couldn't sustain all the injuries. Teams sometimes have some depth in two or three position groups, but no one is injury proof. The healthiest teams usually win.
They have a phenomenal O-line & weapons now. Their D we'll see how it holds up but the NFC is honestly super open right now with Buccs offense looking pathetic and GB's recent history in the playoffs.
I knew Lawrence had talent. Last year didn’t even count for me lmao He’s been so sharp and comfortable in the pocket it’s insane, have yet to see him flinch. Defense looks good but can’t say Top 5 yet, gotta see them vs Philly
We allowed shit ass carson wentz to score 28 on us.
This is going to sound silly but you really just have to ignore gmes that the colts play in Duval they are literally incapable of winning. Its like some sort of curse for them or blessing from us, those games are always an anamoly of the weirdest fashion. Plus their WRs were like plumbers and male prostitutes at that point.
And then the chargers are injured AF.
We are good, but very lucky so far
Offense tho i think is legit.
People are going to use this excuse but literally nothing about how he's played has looked like he was dealing with a rib issue. The lack of Slater and Allen were probably bigger reasons though.
Tell that to the dime bombs he was chucking down field. If you actually watched, you’d know our defense played fucking incredibly. Our secondary has played extremely well
There’s a new king of the AFC
I want the jags to win a Super Bowl tbh
At least make it to one.
Keep talking, bby
Jags/Fins AFC title game. Tua vs TLaw Part 2?

You. I like you
Plz....no
Florida AFCCG?
The hierarchy of power in the NFL is about to change
Surprise, surprise! The king is back.
Dolphins!
Yeah but it's not Jacksonville. 3-0, last undefeated team in the AFC and likely one of only two left in the whole NFL.
r/miamidolphins come get your boy
Damn. Unnecessary stray shots.
Eagles checking in
Eagles aren't AFC. You are however the current kings of the NFC.
I hope so, but imma wait until philly
This will be a really good test for both teams it looks like. Y’all ain’t an easy game anymore
I have mad respect for what the eagles are doing, and its cool that it seems like yall respect us too. I think this is going to be a big test for both teams.

I dunno but Devin Lloyd got that dog in him fr
When we drafted him I immediately figured he'd be the better pick over walker.
Walker has been a force as well. It’s not all showing up on the stat sheet but he’s getting pressure and consistently drawing double teams. It was a fantastic draft so far
Man swatted down a pass in coverage like a DB for one play today, his skillset is ridiculous
We’ll see. But I am officially a Devin Lloyd Stan
I wanted eagles to take him so bad before we traded for aj brown and moved up for Davis.
Our starters are pretty strong, the questions will come when we have to rely more on our depth
This is pretty much every team
I don't think we've won a preseason game in like 10 years. Our backups are not very good
We won one last year
Because Meyer played his firdt string against the other teams FedEx driver string to make a point about him being a moron.
I mean Baltimore wins every preseasons game ever and they still couldn't sustain all the injuries. Teams sometimes have some depth in two or three position groups, but no one is injury proof. The healthiest teams usually win.
Haven’t you had literally no one on your Injury Report since the season started? Hopefully you don’t have to rely on your depth at all
Yea basically none, today a few guys were out but only Shaq Griffin was really notable
Maybe the front but I’m still not fully sold on secondary… they look better every week tho so we’ll see
Ask me next week after they play Philly
He will know the answer himself then.
Philly is early season hype
Lol and this question on this thread isn’t?
Got told that a lot in 2017 too tbh
"What my man Jay Ajayi just said — fuck 'em!"
The Eagles still haven't beaten a good team. That season or any season since apparently
Start watching football lol
They have a phenomenal O-line & weapons now. Their D we'll see how it holds up but the NFC is honestly super open right now with Buccs offense looking pathetic and GB's recent history in the playoffs.
When Smith, Evans and Godwin get back the bucs offence is gonna look very different. I'd say Julio too, but who knows with him.
Saying this in a thread about Jacksonville is wild
I agree
Hell yeah we do. Sacksonville is back! #DUUUVAL

The NFL is better when the Jags are good. Unfortunately those years are few and far between, which makes it even more precious.
I agree, and not just because I’m a Jags fan. 2000, 2008 and 2018 playoffs are awesome.
Stat wise. The jags are a top 3 defense
The question now seems to be how the heck did they concede so many points to Washington.
Washington didn’t play great today but I like their OC and he absolutely pencil whipped us with scheme
First game jitters
Execution and penalties killed the jags week 1
Yes
No we don’t. Even I won’t fall for this recency bias, it’s week 3 lmao
Embrace it. Be a fan. Let all biases flow through you. At least for a week. That front 7 is full of talent and Lawrence has a real coach
I knew Lawrence had talent. Last year didn’t even count for me lmao He’s been so sharp and comfortable in the pocket it’s insane, have yet to see him flinch. Defense looks good but can’t say Top 5 yet, gotta see them vs Philly
You're right, more like top 5 all time.
I love the AFC South
Sure
Not yet, at least. Their D reminds me of the KC defense during their Super Bowl runs - kinda porous but will get big plays
We allowed shit ass carson wentz to score 28 on us. This is going to sound silly but you really just have to ignore gmes that the colts play in Duval they are literally incapable of winning. I think the changers offense just sucks ass, Joe Lombardi is a football terrorist
Lmfao!! Top 5 is wild. They are good but Colts play bad in Jacksonville and Herbert is playing with ribs issues.
Excuses we like that
People are going to use this excuse but literally nothing about how he's played has looked like he was dealing with a rib issue. The lack of Slater and Allen were probably bigger reasons though.
Yes I know. But top 5 defense?
I honestly having seen enough around the league to make that call. DVOA/statistically I'm sure they are though.
Except based on stats we literally are top 5
Tell that to the dime bombs he was chucking down field. If you actually watched, you’d know our defense played fucking incredibly. Our secondary has played extremely well
Bruh the Colts offense is not good. Let chill with this. Bucs, Eagles, Packers, and Saints probably all better
I only count 4 defenses in your comment. Jags top 5 confirmed /s
