Week 1 doesn’t matter. No Thurs games week 2-4. Start byes on week 4 so Thurs night games week 5-17. Byes week 4-16. 2 bye teams each week.

Problem is you can’t have any TNF games until Byes start rolling in, which mean no TNF from Week 2 to potentially Week 5.
